On September 7th, 2016, when PNC claims they contacted me, it was actually I who contacted them. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with PNC's executive customer relations. They put me through to my "case worker", Jeanette E[redacted], who refused to give me any information. She would not answer my questions, she would not address my concerns. When I became frustrated, she actually said "We do not have to give you any information and will not tell you anything. The next time you hear from us will be in 45 business days when we have made our decision". When I demanded to be escalated, she said "No, I am not escalating you" and hung up on me. No information was provided to me, my concerns were not addressed, and my money was not returned to me. This is not how a customer should be treated. They held over a thousand dollars from me without reason for over a month, provided no information, made no attempts to contact me. They claimed to be resolving the fraud, but did not want any information from me about said fraud. I will not be satisfied until my money is returned to me PLUS interest from holding it from me for over a month, and until my account is permanently closed with no further financial responsibilities on my part to PNC or any of its subsidiaries.

Sine this complaint, I have only spoken with PNC twice.  Once I called PNC to get an update because they were calling at 9AM CST leaving message for me to return their call.  I work from 9-5CST, so this is a really difficult time to arrange to speak with them.  So, I called back and spoke with an Executive Team that outlined my case was still being worked and PNC was waiting on Micheal K[redacted] to respond.  I have been waiting for their EO department to call me back from this day and I have not heard back regarding this dispute from Christmas.  I even went into the branch and no one can provide me with an update..

We spoke to the client on September 19, 2017 to address the issues presented. On September 26, 2017 we sent a letter to the client advising of the resolution. We consider this matter closed.
