Ihad overdraft fees and they only credited of themWhile that wasnice of them, that makes me feel like it is my fault that thiserror occurred and it is not my fault at allLike I continue tosay, if I knew my account was overdrawn I would have immediately wentacross the street to the bank before the cut off at PM and put the$in cash I had sitting on my kitchen table. The gentleman thatcalled me was very nice but he was not willing to or didn't have thepower to completely rectify the issue by crediting back all of thefeesHe was only able to do of He said that's the best he can do,but that is like a slap in the face because it still makes me feel like idid something wrongWhen I asked how I could have prevented ithe couldn't make sense of itIf a customer cant understand somethingabout the services they use then there is something wrong, it should not bethat complicatedWhen a mistake or error occurs take full responsibilityBycrediting the you obviously see that there was an error on your behalf but byleaving the one fee it makes it look like PNC doesn't want to fulltake responsibility, PNC still wants to make it look like itwas partially my fault and it was not. I understand that if igot the email that my account wasoverdrawn and I hadn't gotten the direct deposit ordeposited money in the account before 10PM I would get the fee, but that wasnot the case. When I went to sleep at12:AM my account was positive, when I woke up hours later it was positivethe only way I knew it was ever negative is the email I got at 3:AM and thefact my account was short around $144.00. At 3AM I got notified inthat email my account was overdrawn $dollars and then I get overdraftfees immediately and then I get a direct deposit a hour or so latertaking the money that I work very hard forIn order for me to drop this claimi will need all the overdraft fees credited back to me not just the 3(they already credited back so I would just need the one more in$36) When I asked thegentleman at PNC to explain how this even happened he me made zero sense to meas to why it was my fault or mistake, it didn't add up andhe couldn't tell me how it was my fault or what I could havedone to prevent itAgain, he was really nice but he basically said it was aone off situation using a bunch of bank lingo to try and confuse me,but there is nothing I could have done to prevent it but alwayshave more money in my account, but they are still going to charge mefee for it. That makesno sense to me and that is not making the customer satisfiedNow iam worried this is going to happen again and nowim hesitant to trust banking with them because what if this doeshappen again will I have to go through all this to get the issue resolved? Thecustomer should not have to put in more work then the company, I have worked incustomer service my entire life and that is poor customer service inmy opinionIt is a nice gesture to credit but if you are takingresponsibility take it all, don't try to partially fault me when itwas not my mistake If my account is everoverdrawn and the bank feels like they are just tocharge an overdraft fee they need to be reflecting the negative balance on thecustomers online statement because it is not right or fair to be telling peoplein the middle of the night their account is all the sudden overdrawn and beforethey even wake up there are feesThere is no way I am taking the blame forthis, I have spoke with other banks and credit unions and not one of them(including a PNC branch I don't typically go into I went in askingquestions and they agreed with ME!!)

PNC called me and stated that they will send me a Bank Check for the amount that was charged by the collection agencyIt has only been a few days since the
call so I have not received the check yetAs long as PNC follows through on this response, the resolution is satisfactory to me.
