I am responding to whether this complaint should be assigned to "HeartSmith" or "Pictures on Gold" - the website where I made the purchase is [redacted] , however all correspondence from them since my initial complaint has the address "Pictures on Gold"I don't understand the difference, and how I should keep trackAll three people I spoke to or exchanged emails with have the Pictures on Gold affiliation - including the email that informed me that they were keeping 15% of my purchase price on the return - so why wouldn't the complaint be under their name?I saw that Daniel responded to my Revdex.com complaint, and offered a complete refund, which I will gladly acceptPlease let me know the best way to move forwardThank you, [redacted]

The response from the seller is factually inaccurate There was never any communication from the seller regarding the size of the locket other than what was communicated by the customer rep in a chat session I initiated The response to my question about the size of the locket I received was "the size listed on the website is approximate and can be between 3/4" x 3/4" and 1" x 1".The locket I received is exactly 3/4" x 3/4" and nowhere near 7/8" x 7/8" as the seller has stated in his response And if it was 7/8" x 7/8", why would it be advertised on the website as 1"x 1"?? See attachment.The seller never responded to any of my several inquiries; the only response has been as a result of the Revdex.com complaint filed, and even then it's not factual I don't want any further action taken, I just want the facts to be known

I need the opportunity to review the replacement ring for image quality and tarnish resistance prior to closing this dispute. I just want to be honest with the establishment, Picture on Gold, that if the replacement ring turns out to be of the same poor quality as the first one I received, they must know that I will return that one as well and request a full refund. I am willing to move forward with the return of the initial product and only require instructions for how this should be done.Thank you,*** ***
