Please adjust the complaint to be on heartsmith, they are a completely different company than picturesongold.com we are affiliated though and I do apologize for this and will get it rectified for you. I can get you a 100% refund or replace the locket. let me know.

I JUST RECENTLY (THE PAST 4 DAYS AGO) FILED A COMPLAINT AGIANST THIS COMPANY WITH THE Revdex.com,BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 15% OF WHAT I PAID FOR A LOCKET I DID NOT ORDER, I ORDERED A 2 PICTURE LOCKET AND THEY SENT ME A 4 PICTURE LOCKET , I ALSO SEEN HOW CHEAPLY IT WAS PUT TOGETHER, LONG STORY SHORT AFTER THE Revdex.com GOT INVOLVED THEY PROMISED ME THEY WOULD REFUND MY FULL PURCHASE PRICE $ 186.40 . AND THEY JUST SENT ME AN EMAIL STATING THEY WERE SENDING ME $154.35 AND WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS TO DEPOSIT IT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT, MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT # IS [redacted] IF THAT HELPS, ON THE LAST COMPLAINT FORM THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT THEIR WORDS >" 100%" AS THEY SAID "100% , SO I CLOSED THE COMPLAINT. I have already tried to resolve this issue with [redacted], the Pictures On Gold sales rep/employee. She was continuouly rude to me and in a hurry to get off of the phone with me. I asked several times that she connect me with a manager or someone higher. The first time she just put me on hold, then came back pretending to be someone else. I recognized her voice and I said "this is the same person", she said "yes it is". She just refused to let me talk to anyone else. The other times that I called, I was told that no information could be given because 'they' were only there to take orders and had no information at all that they could give me.I was extremely clear that this was a Christmas gift for my daughter. The worst part is, I NEVER RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT FOR THE MISTAKE THAT WAS MADE ON ORIGINAL ORDER. The original order number is [redacted] which was placed on 12/**/2014. I would like a FULL REFUND NOT A REPLACEMENT, AS WE ALREADY TRIED THIS.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am responding to whether...

this complaint should be assigned to "HeartSmith" or "Pictures on Gold" - the website where I made the purchase is [redacted], however all correspondence from them since my initial complaint has the address "Pictures on Gold". I don't understand the difference, and how I should keep track. All three people I spoke to or exchanged emails with have the Pictures on Gold affiliation - including the email that informed me that they were keeping 15% of my purchase price on the return - so why wouldn't the complaint be under their name?I saw that Daniel  responded to my Revdex.com complaint, and offered a complete refund, which I will gladly accept. Please let me know the best way to move forward. Thank you,[redacted]

1.) For pictures on gold to send me a postage paid/self address packaging envelope and to notifying me via email that it was sent.2.) I will video record putting the locket into the received postage paid/self addressed envelope and place it into a  U.S. Post office drop box.3.) I will send the footage to both [redacted] of the Revdex.com and Pictures on gold.4.) Within 24hours of receiving this video footage, I demand my refund to be executed. Not only because it's absolutely Not what I ordered, I'm no longer in controll of the product, and based on the actions of pictures on gold I have lost ALL trust in them.

I will definitely rectify it for you and remove that 15% fee. It's protocol to do that, but not when we make a mistake. Would you allow me to make you another one though?

the 15% deduction was for the remelting of the locket as it was engraved and not usable anymore. I will handle the money though for you.

 I asked Friday for the money to be refunded within 24 hours . Also this is the second bracelet you had shipped that I had rejected the delivery on but told you I was returning to you because you all had lied and said this particular bracelet being the second one would be delivered by the [redacted] which it never was . Hence why I told you I was returning it . I provided you the post masters name, phone number and tracking information to prove it was being returned . Once I did that I asked for a refund which you said no you wouldn’t refund at that time .
