It clearly states that they want there product back which I'm MORE than willing to do if they send me a self addressed/paid postage envelopeI spoke to one of the super rude owners and this was the agreementI have yet to receive anything from them..
What I'm demanding is this.1.) For pictures on gold to send me a postage paid/self address packaging envelope and to notifying me via email that it was sent.2.) I will video record putting the locket into the received postage paid/self addressed envelope and place it into a U.SPost office drop box.3.) I will send the footage to both *** *** of the Revdex.com and Pictures on gold.4.) Within 24hours of receiving this video footage, I demand my refund to be executedNot only because it's absolutely Not what I ordered, I'm no longer in controll of the product, and based on the actions of pictures on gold I have lost ALL trust in them.

THEY STILL HAVENT STATED WEATHER OR NOT THEY INTEND ON REFUNDING MY ENTIRE $186.40 , LIKE I SAID. I DID NOT ORDER A 4 PICTURE LOCKET, AND THATS WHAT WAS SENT TO ME, I ORDERED THE 2 PICTURE LOCKET, AND IT SEEMS IM BEING FORCED TO PAY FOR A MISTAKE (ABOUT $32.00 OR 15% OF MY PAYMENT TO THEM) THAT THEY HAVE MADE. I WILL BE SHIPPING THE LOCKET BACK AT MY OWN EXPENSEE AS WELL, I JUST WANT ALL MY MONEY REFUNDED, AND WE CAN GO OUR SEPERATE WAYS, AGIAN. ALL THEY HAVE REPLIED IS   "[redacted]"  WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
