My experience at pink reality was good

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about[redacted] and[redacted]. [redacted] answered all our questions on getting the home loan. [redacted] took extra time to find us a GREAT deal on a GREAT home. She made the buying and negotiation process a breeze!!

We recently have had the pleasure to work with Pink Realty to buy our first home and the experience was so fantastic I can't keep quiet about it. We personally had the pleasure of working with Diana but honestly everyone on the Pink Realty team was so helpful and flexible for us. Our realtor was always on the lookout for us as houses came on the market, sometimes arriving only hours after the home had been listed. My wife and I are so truly grateful for everyone at Pink Realty especially with all of the questions that came with purchasing our first home. I can honestly say that someday in the future when we list our home we WILL be coming back to Pink Realty to take care of that for us. They always put us first before their personal schedules and I can't thank them all enough!

The company has employees who tell you different things then when you ask them about it they get upset The owner threatens a person after finding out that you decide not to sell. I signed a listing contract but their representative broke it. I will never use them and I dont recommend that anyone also uses them. I recommend if you are going to sell your house use a different company. There are some in the company who are rude and think that they can tell you what to do.

Pink Realty's team was a joy to work with and kept us up to date at all times! We were under contract after only 4 days on the market and when that fell through the house was back on the market for 5 days with competing offers. Ended up getting over asking price for our home and the Team worked with us through several issues that came up, which were all beyond there control. Would recommend Pink Realty as our realtor of choice for any home sell or purchase in their service area!

The Pink Team was fantastic. [redacted] was our agent, but everyone on the team helped to make our experience wonderful. My husband and I were treated like family. We started working with Pink Realty mid October. We had a contract on a home within a couple days of looking. We needed the closing date to be mid to end of December and we are closing on December 4. We worked with Cindi [redacted]. She is a new realtor. She did an awesome job answering our questions and if she wasn't quite sure she asked Monica and we had our answers within a few minutes. Pink Realty is a outstanding company. I highly recommend Jessica [redacted] to anyone who is buying or selling a home in the Colorado Springs area. Additionally, once we found a home, she served as our advocate in the purchasing process. She was so wonderful in the purchasing process that we decided to choose her to sell our home as well! Knowing that we were on a tight timeline, she went right to work the second the contract was signed. Within a week of signing the contract to sell, the home we were selling was under contract! Tackling purchasing and selling a home, under normal circumstances, would have been too much at once. However, Pink Realty through their proactive processes and dedication to customer service made the process efficient and straightforward. Go with Pink Realty!!
