I am rejecting the response from Plain Green on the basis that they will not put the resolution into writing. They have explained to me via phone only that they will be debiting my checking account on August 21st, to satisfy the account as “paid in full” and close the account. However, the company has refused to send anything to me in writing to the fact. I have already given them my account information and authorization but have not yet received confirmation in writing of the conversation

In an effort to provide excellent customer service we have requested for the Plain Green trade line to be deleted from *** ***’s Credit and requested to repurchase her account back and close itWe hope this satisfies her concerns.We respectfully request at this time that that this matter be closed with your offices as resolved

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as they stop trying to collect this debt that isn't mineI faxed over to them yesterday the following...police report, ID theft report with Fed Trade Commission, ID theft report filed with IRS and proof of my identity and name at the time this occurredThis is still showing on my credit report from the last collection agency they sold this to this monthI want this removed
