Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I've attempted to set up payment arrangements without success They want a lump sum payment that I do not have I am struggling Financially and now getting divorced, which has made it worse Their fees and interest make it impossible to pay They also said if I entered into a payment arrangement, they would continue to report my loan as late I was told they would be writing the debt off It's unfortunate companies like this take advantage of people who are in difficult positions I've done my best to resolve the matter. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I will only agree to pay the amount of $117.67! This is all I legally owe, and can afford! I returned an email yesterday to PGL customer service explaining I had consulted an attorney about my legal rights! I'm having medical issues, and have lost my job! I've paid $on a $1,loan! I have several open, and pending complaints with several Federal, and State Agencies that are assisting me! This loan is illegal and it looks like Plain Green Loans would just close the account with a ZERO balance instead of dragging these out with the Federal Goverment!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: they are lying about where they do business out of..it is on Canada...they have business who portray themselves as plain green loans but they are not...they lie about interest rates and they lie about fees that they charge when you pay off loan..I had to pay &dollar fee to bank because it is international...it would not be international if it was in Montana..they lie and take from people...They should be ashamed of themselves!!!.....I would like to have my interest back that I paid since they are not allowed to do business in Oklahoma per Revdex.com website!!!

Well, I gave them an extra few days to see if that was true, but they were not truthful again. I didn't want anything extra anyway, but they have not regained my trust and I will not do anymore business with them again.
