Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Plain Green quite simply voided our agreed upon contract by taking payment out of my account on a date that was not agreed upon. Then I and my children had no money for four days because of this action. Then the company sent me a false email stating that not only would they put the amount back, but additional monies as well. As an apology.
I am more than wiling to draw up a new contract with them, but it would have to have a lower interest rate, at best. Otherwise, Plain Green needs to pull their account off my credit report.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because when I called in and spoke to rep no real help or anything I asked was really addressed.  I have paid Plain Greel Loans my principal amount back and more.  I have paid a total of 3600.00 back thru June 2017.  I will not pay anymore as I feel what I have paid is more than enough especially taking my legal rights into account.When I spoke to the train 8/24 he advised that he could offer a settlement of 760.00.  I told him I was not willing to accept that.  Prior to that I was offered a settling of 1050.00 back in April which I agreed to as I became scared that legal action would take place.  I made two payments of 150.00 each on 5/19 and the other on 6/24.I have truly paid enough on this account.  I have been a good customer and made all my payments on time.  I just want plain green to accept what I have paid and close out my account as settled for less and reflect the same on my credit report as I will not pay another cent to them.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] concerning Plain Green, LLC ("Plain Green"). Our Tribal enterprise strives to provide excellent customer service. We appreciate you informing us of Ms. [redacted] concerns.
Ms. [redacted] has entered into a binding consumer loan agreement with Plain Green and all proper disclosures detailing the cost, interest rates, our credit reporting policy, and other applicable terms were made available and accepted by Ms. [redacted] prior to the origination of this loan.
On March 11 2016 and, again, on March 22, 2016, we contacted Ms. [redacted] in an attempt to reach a mutually agreeable payment arrangement. Our offer to reduce her current payoff amount by 40% remains.
Additionally, lenders such as Plain Green use data from credit reporting agencies when evaluating applications for credit and making credit decisions. As such, these agencies generally expect lenders who use their credit reports for making credit decisions to report back loan experience data. Plain Green has a legal duty and obligation to accurately report our customer's loan performance during the lifecycle of the loan.
We believe we have made a good faith effort to address Ms. [redacted] concerns. We have encouraged her to contact us directly and we would like to respectfully request this matter closed with your office, at this time.

I will also be filing a complaint with the DFI but I need those documents to do so. Also they are not compliant with my states law. Any payday loan obtained from a lender not licensed with the DFI, and not repaid to the lender may not be collected by lender and the lender may not pursue action in Washington State to collect the debt. Sent from my iPhone

I never recieved the loan, they have charged me payments even though I asked them to cancel the loan and I have incured bank fees and more because of this company.
