I am rejecting this response because:I was told by your manager, at the time, that it would be taken care ofTherefore she did not recieve the proper training when your Norwalk location opened? I recently received a txt from the Norwalk location that I needed to contact the facility about my membership being past due? Really, after years of not being there? Please explain how that program works? The facility took a year and three months of money from me after I was told my cancellation would be taken care of? Please explain? Thx for your time

Please be advised, however, that the employee who told the responding party that I said "no one ever reads those things" either has be confused with another person or is outright lyingDuring none of my conversations with this woman did she even reference my contract - I was the only one who did and I specifically said that I HAD read it*** only referenced her computerHow incredibly unfortunate that she is in a position to refuse customers access to the person in charge when she has either a memory problem or - as I suspect from having dealt with her - an aversion to the truth

I have cancelled my membership different timesI have also stopped payment on monthly billing with BofA because Planet Fitness won't stop billing!

Customer was refunded 30.05. All payments are due on the 17th of each month for all members.If a member wants to pay in advance they have to do it by the 10th because the process starts to go to their bank and is taken out on or around the 17th of each month depending on the day in which the 17th falls on

I am rejecting this response because I signed a membership agreement for ONE club and the club I was a member of closedI called in response to the business supposed "move" rejecting such an option and cancelling my membershipThe fact the store admits here in their response that they ARE capable of canceling a membership over the phone (even as an exception) proves they simply refused to cancel my membership previously and continued to charge my credit card for services I was no longer using and had indicated more than once that I wanted canceledTo stop the charges I had to put a block on my credit cardif the STORE is reading this response, you had best note that the next communication you receive regarding this case of your fraudulent charges and abuse of consumer trust will be from the attorney generals office

I specifically asked the customer service person if I could get a refund on a custom order because it was a giftThe lady told me that yes if there wa a problem I could get a refundNo where did she mention it would only be a partial refund, she just said yes she could refund it pending any issuesThis was BEFORE I ever placed an orderAfter I received the item and it was not what was described and the sizes were way off, I am being told I can only get a 20% refundI've been constantly ignored for over a monthIf their employee told me yes I can get a refund, I feel this business should do this as it was their employee who told me thatIf she had told me if was only a partial refund I wouldn't have ordered in the first placeBut when I specifically asked I was simply told yesI expect my full refundI've been trying to take care of this problem since a week after Halloween.

Company continues to auto-draft from banking account after account is closed
I had joined their membership years agoOne location closed forcing me to transfer to anotherI then moved out of the area and transferred again the membershipOver the next year 1/I never used the membership again but was still getting billed monthlyI decided to go in and cancel per their agreementWhen I walked into the local location that I had transferred it to, They told me that my membership was cancelled months prior and showed no billingI told them that I was still being billed monthlyThey told me to contact the original location and askI did and they told me that my membership was transferred to another state miles away but showed it was cancelledNo resolution thereI then called my bank to stop payment from this accountI did receive a refund for the last monthsThe following month I get another monthly chargeI called my bank back to report fraudulent activity from thi

Mr***Thank you for reaching out. I did take a look at your membership which allows only one guest per visit which it states online on the Black Card Benefits portion. You signed up for your membership on 4/21/which is a month agreement, please see attached
document that you agreed to online. You can cancel your membership one of two ways, either in person or by certified mail. If you do cancel your membership prior to the month term, than you are subject to an early termination fee of $58+tax which will need to be collected prior to cancelling your membership.Please let us know if you have any other questions and feel free to reach out to us. I reseated to cancel the service and requested the annual fee and monthly charge be refunded due to not able to use this service
Planet fitness continues to Bill me for monthly fee and annual fee after I told them I can not use their serviceI was billed in the month of JuneThe representative said a lot of customer have made the same complaint and will not get this refundedI asked if it were a class action lawsuite she replied that that would be the way to get a refund

The business installed her system years ago? She is now on a monthly contract? The business never sent her a bill? The business doesn't owe her any money

I have looked into members account, and yes his membership is not cancelledWe do not take calls as a notice of cancellation as was explained when the member signed up and on the contract that the member signed.as well as when he callsWe do however take letters in the mail, also something that is
in the contract and was explained to himAs a courtesy I have cancelled his membership even though I do not have any written notice from himAs far as a reimbursement, there is nothing to reinburse as the membership was never cancelledWhen a member moves they are free to transfer their membership as we are the fastest growing gym chain in the nation with over locations nation wideThe member had a no contract membership so his cancellation would not have taken more than minutes to processI understand people move but they dont move from one day to the next as we have plenty of members that cancel due to relocationNonetheless, the member has been canceled with no written notification and he will not see any other charges to his account.**please note** this just serves as a cancellation for his membership, member did not say if any other memberships are being charged out of his account

I am rejecting this response because: I paid these months manually online and their app reflects payment accepted (which is what I told Leo)See attached payment history from Planet Fitness' own records - I should not have to submit a sensitive bank record for information already reflecting in a flawed systemAdditionally, the response did not address that I no longer want continued payments taken out, as my one year contract is complete.Payment for April showing "Paid" as of 4/27/17Payment for October dues of $"Paid" 10/12/16Payment for December was "Paid" one month early on November 21, and then the system attempted to again debit my account on 12/17/which is where the failed payment shows
