Advertised a minimum score with 100K income to qualify for best rates I qualified, yet they gave me an apr of 22-29%! This is a bait and switch scam in my opinion

I got the offer and decided to fill it outI was asked for $25, and was offered $10, but not near 5.99% it was 29.99%Wow is this legal? Are there not usuary laws? I did though not put my correct phone number as I figured they would pester meHere in Florida if you tell them not to call you and they do, you can get $1, a callBut I do not want to deal with it These rates are higher that my credit card rate, so I closed it out

We had know problems it was fast and easy to get the loan
