They are not setup as a regular lender They use SST (Pretty Shoddy Shop) to do their servicing and their website is horrid Like others here I also received the invite with the similar offering The customer service at SST is a joke I would have went to Lending Club or a regular bank as the rates were the same

I have not received my funds yet but the web application, the software and the questions I called them on were all quickly and easily answered just be prepared to pay an extremely high interest-rate if you need the money

Boy am I soooo glad I found this site I got a pre-approved, but there are more negative reviews than positive which is telling Sometimes you have to read the writing on the wall

We wanted to pay off our high interest credit cards and have just one smaller payment each month We had applied for a loan at another lender and what they offered less then what we needed at a rate that was as high as our credit cards! We were leery at first about an unsecured loan from a lender we had never heard of and it being over the internet! We were impressed that when I called, they responded to my questions immediately and followed through with phone calls to us making sure that the information we provided was both accurate and we needed to provide the documents to back it up...this meant to us that they were legal and real
The loan was quickly approved and the money was in our account as scheduled

This is a great company with the services they offer, they helped me pay off all my high interest credit cards into one loan payment with a lot better interest loan rate

My experience with Best Egg was horrible They are very unprofessional and claim to deliver something they can't After giving them all the information that they asked for, they still kept asking for to days over and over for about weeks I feel violated knowing that all my financial, and personal information is in the hands of individuals that can do whatever they wish with it I went through constant phone calls from them for weeks Got approved for the amount I asked for based on my credit and income, but they dragged it on and on till I said enough is enough I honestly felt like they were frauds, taking into consideration the petty things they called about and asked me to do For instance: they called my job for verification and told me that the company placed them on hold two or three times That blew my mindMy question to them was : Why do you guys put me on hold multiple times and for long periods of time before I can speak to someone My experience with them have been awful, and would never recommend them to my worst enemy
