I tried to pay off my balance for more than one hour first online and then over the phone! I tried over and over to pay off my pay off balance and received an error message onlineI called the 844-825-and 855-282-phone numbers over and overI get a busy signal and when I connect with the new accounts extension was on hold for more than minutes three times, and was hung up on twice If you are dealing with people's money and have access to their checking account YOU NEED TO BE MORE ACCOUNTABLE! I have no confidence in this company and feel that even though my account balance is zero, they will charge me my previous monthly payment

The process appeared to be quick and easy I was approved in less than minutes with the terms as agreed However, I have not yet received the funds or began the payment process I was not very thrilled with the origination fee but it made a major difference in the interest I am currently paying Time will tell!!

The process for getting a loan was very simple, received a decent interest rate - thought I would get a better interest rate truthfully, but was still worth taking the loanMoney was put directly into my account in only a couple daysIt's nice to have only one payment a month!

Beware consumers!!! They draw you in with a low fixed rateWhen you finish the process it's up around 20%

Why can I not get a lower interest rate and why can I not split my payments in half over thw.month? I get paid.every weeks and it would be easier to split the payment in half while you will still receive whole payment on agreed upon date

They sent me snail mail offering a debt consolidation loan, advertising a low rate When I went to the website and typed in information, they came back and offered me a loan with a 30% interest rate I immediately closed the application They attempted follow up email and phone calls, but there is absolutely no way I would accept a loan from these people A 30% interest rate is double some of my credit cards!

I have had a high amount of credit card debt mostly due to divorce for yrs now I've contemplated going with one of these companies more than once, but always chickened out This past Sunday, I was checking out Best Egg, reading all the reviews that I could find I filled out the application on SundayMonday morning, I had a phone call verifying my phone number My loan was funded Monday evening, and I had the money in my bank Tuesday morning I let the money sit there for a few days (mostly to let it sink in that this was real), and as of last nite, all my cc's are paid off I got 8.99% rate, and everything will be paid off in yrsI'm sitting here just amazed that it was this easy
