I too was sent an offer stating that I was pre-approved, yet was told that there were no offers for me at this time I have good credit, make plenty of money, and all I was trying to do was to consolidate all my credit cards to one manageable payment that would be paid off in years, yet was not found any offers at this time Very frustrating to say the least

After dozens upon dozens of mailings week after week I kindly called and asked to be removedThey said I will be, immediately, needless to say that didn't happen at allFollowing several more letters and more attempts to be removed I thought it finally happenedNOTMore letters came followed by a couple of more calls to be removed with more promises to be removed, that did not happen either
So after receiving yet another offer for their services today I have but no other choice to call this harassmentI have just called again and requested to be removed, if I receive yet another letter next week I will forgo the phone call and simply begin to create an online marketing campaign to showcase just how terrible and harassing this company has been to meI have secured a great domain name and look forward to implementing a marketing campaign against your company if my request is not met immediately

The entire process is simple, rates are very good, and the process is very fastThe two times I spoke with a representative, those conversations went well and I was totally pleased
The only thing I would change is allowing customers to change the loan amount when checking rates etcSeriously, you can make a mistake and you're then stuck with the amount you keyed in

I found the service to be very professional and direct They were helpful, well-versed on the complete process of the company Very pleasant to work with

My loan process with Best Egg was fast, seamless, and overall a very pleasant experienceThe rate I received with Best Egg was very competitive for an unsecured signature loanWithout a doubt, we will use Best Egg again at some point in the future should the need arise

I received a 'pre-screened approval offer' from Best Egg as well So, on 04/2/I went online and filled out the app...I was approved for more than the amount I requested, at an interest rate of 11%, which isn't great but isn't bad either; so far not too badBefore I clicked on the 'see loan rates' tab [or whatever it's called], in big bold print it specifically said "this will not reflect/affect your credit score." As of yet, I have not checked my credit report to see if this is indeed the truth, but once I do, and if it is reflected on my report as a negative hit, I will be back to write another scathing review So obviously, the aforementioned was not the issue for me, but what swa is this: as noted above, the interest rate is 11%, however, on the approval page it also said there is a 13.9% APR on TOP of the 11% rate....call me ignorant, but I don't understand this, and I view this 'offer' as a scam So essentially, what NE is offering is an 11% interest rate, on TOP of which I'm also paying a 13% APRt???? I've had quite a few loans in my life, and have never seen such a thing I called New Egg's customer service number to get a clearer explanation, and the rep basically mumbled and side-stepped my question(s) without answering or explaining the details, terms, fine print, and why there are different ratesHe did however tell me, as if it was some huge incentive, that there is a "day grace period, and only a $charge per incident if one goes past the days"...wow, what a bonus, let me sign on the dotted line now! And also, as one other reviewer wrote, there is a $processing fee!?!?! So needless to say, I most likely won't be using this loan, however, I am interested in getting some stuff paid off quicker than can be done with a regular credit card, and plan to shop around for a better and more clear rate than that offered by NE, so, if their loan approval did ding my credit and affects my ability to get a loan somewhere else at a better rate, as said, I will definitely be back!! Ultimately, NE needs to be clearer on their interest rates, train their employees better, and stop trying to scam people in with the 5.99% offer which, in reality, is most likely offered to one in ever 5,niave consumers...having said that, I would like to see their statistics in terms of how many consumers, out of all of those who apply, actually are offered the 5.99% And I guarantee, even if these [stats] would be requested from the company, they would never ever produce the results! Instead, they'd rather sucker people in, and then offer them a loan that has both an interest rate AND an APR!!!!

The people at Best Egg are very professional and extremely helpful and friendlyI got a great interest rate and various optionsI would recommend Best Egg to everyone

I have been in the Financial Institution for well over years and my experience with Best Egg has been greater than what I expected In reading all the negative reviews I was hesitant in applying for a consolidation loan But, my husband and I decided to give it a try Upon our submitting the appliation online, we received a instant reply with an approval and the request for the paperwork to finish the deal With filling out the application, submitting the paperwork and receiving the funds in our account, it was less than a day process I would hightly recommend Best Egg for all your loan consolidation needs

My experience was very goodInstant approval and a follow up phone call the next day confirming loan would be in my account in 24hrsYou have to be careful with these on line offers but this one is legit and my Credit score is not perfect so I had to pay slightly higher rate, but still the rate is much lower than the credit cards I am paying offIf you have high balances with high interest you just cannot get paid down, this company truly can help you

The customer called to inform us that water was coming into the home. I immediately sent a repair man who was there within one hour of callHe could not find any problems with the roof. But, water was still coming into home. The next morning I personally came out and before I knew
what was the problem I told him that my company would pay for damages. The customer said she was allergic to the water coming in and I gave her $for a hotel for the evening. My crew came out later that day and they discovered that there was nothing wrong with the roof but there was a pipe that was leaking and causing the water to come into the homeThe pipe had no purpose for anything and we asked the customer if we could remove it. We removed the pipe and have not heard from the customer sinceMy business in years has never had a complaint filed against it. Just as we have with this customer, we go above and beyond the demands of our service. We always immediately respond to any problems that a customer may have. We are the only roofing company that does not take a deposit and only requests payment at time of completion because we want 110% customer satisfaction
