I received a PRE-APPROVED letter only to go online and enter my information and receive the response that Best Egg had no offers for me at this timeWhat is the purpose of sending out PRE-APPROVAL letters if there is not actually a scenario of PRE-APPROVAL? I have excellent credit but I do have some credit card debt I would like to consolidateI researched Best Egg online and read several reviews both good and bad and decided they would be a good optionIt was disappointing to enter all of my private information with the intentions of using the Best Egg service only to be "tossed aside" in a matter of secondsCertainly not the service advertisedComes very close to advertisement in my opinion

Unable to contact these people about my loan No papers received with account number, website has no record of my email address, phone number to company's customer service doesn't work or you're placed on eternal hold(have been on hold for upminutes this time)
They do deduct from my checking account every month on schedule just impossible to contact them
It was easy to get the loan but extremely difficult to contact anyone since Not seeing a written contract with details makes me suspicious I just want to pay off my loan Does anyone know how to contact these people?

It seems like the people who have negative experiences generally are just upset that the quote they received was higher than expectedIf that's the case, you don't need to take out the loan, so I'm not sure why that would reflect badly on the companyThey were a great choice for me - I had several credit cards with high interest rates, and received a loan with an 11% rate and paid them all offI now have only one payment a month, and am paying less interestThe process was fast and easy and I am able to check my account, make bigger payments, etcwith ease as wellI would recommend this company - for once I'm glad that I paid attention to my junk mail!

I have a lot of credit card debt and have been wanting to consolidate for a long time Interest rates range from 16.99% to 19.99%, so really any rate lower than that was appealing, and let's not forget credit card interest is compounding as well, so a set rate of anything lower than that is what I was after Despite the debt, I have a good credit score I have gotten SO MANY debt relief mailers in the mail for the last several years - most of which I researched as shady deals, so just tossed them Then, within the last year, I began getting the mailers for Best Egg on a regular basis As with the rest of them, initially I just tossed them But then once I looked into Best Egg on Revdex.com and saw the A rating and other positive reviews, I decided to check out what type of loan/rate I could get online I filled out the online application which took literally all of a couple minutesThe application is simple & very straight forward I would suggest clicking on the links with additional information as you go as it will answer any questions you may have Within another minute, I had my loan and rate quote, instantly I was approved for a lot more than I thought I would be, and the rate was decent as well I got to choose between a year or a year loan, with the year obviously having better rates After submitting my application, I was required to provide my most recent W-along with recent pay stubs which I uploaded right on the Best Egg site Within minutes, my phone was ringing with a Best Egg representative to confirm my identity The money was then deposited into my account days laterIT REALLY WAS THAT SIMPLE!! The money is loaned out through a bank (*** *** ***), and you use the SST Online Customer Service Portal to view the details of your loan You can also make payments to the loan through this website You will set up as automatic payments when you apply, but you can change this any time after the loan is approved right on this website I have also gotten a loan through the Lending Club in the past I found the Best Egg process to be much more streamlined, and it's instant No waiting for days to see if your loan gets funded If I had known it was this easy, I would have done it a year ago when I started getting the mailers I would highly recommend and did not experience anything that the negative reviews report THANKS BEST EGG!!

Stated I was approved up to requested a loan for less then that and they stated I was not approved I have excellent credit history I believe this is just a scam to get information that they can sell to other companies beware stay away from!!

After incessantly receiving the mailings, I contacted the Do Not Contact list and input my information Yet I am still getting the mailings! STOP BOTHERING ME!!
