The sales meeting was low key with no pressure. The rep took all of the time I needed to review all of my questions and concerns. The installers were very friendly and took great care to not damage my home with the install. They reviewed with me all of the mechanics of the install and asked for my approval before mounting or drilling any holes. I would recommend Power Home Solar to any one interested in this great product.

This is a part 2...I filed complaint a couple months ago when I was having issues with my equipment and services and power home solar said they were gonna send out refund, they did and equipment was replaced that wasn't functioning properly. However they are supposed to "monitor" the system and make sure it's working properly, they do not do that and for me to be able to monitor it myself they want me to pay $1200. Anyways since they came out and serviced my system you would think everything would be working good, well it's not, we're still getting $250+/month electric bills on top of having to pay the $111/month for the solar panels that are essentially useless in my opinion. I tried calling power home solar multiple times and the phone just rings and rings, no one picks up. I'm sick of dealing with this!
We are working to resolve this issue. The resolution manager reached out 3/11 and will be reaching back out today 3/14 to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
