I was mislead that I would receive a tax rebate-this company knew my credit/income and that I would be ineligible. I would never have financed this loan with correct information. I was making payment for 2 months before my system was working properly; even now 2 months later I see no difference in my energy bill. Communication is terrible-I had panels not working and this was something I discovered. They sent technician out without scheduling and didn't communicate what issue was.

They were very informative when completing work. They worked around my wife having to go to hospital during the install. Due to the weather had to return the following week. They wanted to me sure it looked as professional as possible.

The back end of this business needs some serious work. When I talked to people they were friendly but it shouldn’t take 4-5 days to respond to emails. Also there was an issue with my paperwork instead of calling and trying to get ahold of me they sent an email that went to spam and never got until weeks later. Took over 5 months from the date I signed the contract to finally get turned on. I was told 90 on the rare chance 120. That was unacceptable. The customer service is lack luster at best. I’m super disappointed on the production of the panels. My first question was about cloudy days. I was told 60-70% of what I should get at full production. But in reality it’s less than 20%. So far I’m experiencing around 10-15%. Had a dusting today of snow this morning and panels were covered and I was told again that I would still get production and basically 0 production for the first 3 hours then it’s been laughable the rest of the day. When its a cloudless day you get great production. 24-25kWh. But I Michigan is a very cloudy state. I feel like I was sold a bad bill of goods.
