I am rejecting this response because: The seats were not usedInstallation consised of taking them out of the box and placing them in the RZRI inspected them as soon as I took them out of the boxesIt is a small and inconspicuous cut and very easily missedBut with use it will lead to a much larger cut and inevitable product failure A friend noticed the cut before their first actual useIt is obviously a defect created during the manufacturing processThe manufacturer is denying responsibility for a defect that is a direct result of their negligence and lack of quality control. are swirl marks where a bolt was tightened down on one of themMissing installation hardware;Specifically a cotter pin and a washer.This item is no longer new and cannot be sold as new it is a violation of Amazon's policies for us to try to sell this item to another customer as new How would you feel if you got what you sent back in the condition you sent it back as a "new" item?We must list this item as a USED item with specific warning to other customers that they will have to go to the hardware store to hunt down the missing components to make it work This is the reason Amazon's return policies state that a 50% restocking fee shall be charged It is not because of the value of the missing components, but the degredation of the value of the entire item now that it is a used, installed out of box item missing components

It isn't factualI received a credit card authorization form on 8/and returned the completed form immediately via fax and emailI then received an email response thanking me for submitting the form and stating that my order had been submitted for processingI have the emailThere is also no credit showing on my card account whereas your charge appeared instantlyYou dropped the ball, not meGet your facts straight, get your act together, or go out of business as that would be best for all

The customer was issued a full refund on his credit card for the order We have no ability to credit more than the original charge to the credit card.Yesterday, before this complaint was filed, we sent a paypal payment for this amount to the customers email address If he has a paypal
account assoicated with that address, he can just accept the payment If he does not he can sign up for a paypal account in about minutes and accept it. Please instruct the customer to check their email for an email from Paypal yesterday

The nature of the issue regarding the return determines whether
it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back at their expense or if a pre paid label is required
if the issue is a manufacturer's warranty issue
whether a waiving o the restocking fee is merited
determining
if the item qualifies for return at all (installed items do not qualify for instance)
there is no questioning of integrity, just understanding the nature of the return to assign the proper resolution to the return
The original shipping is already paid to the shipping company and cannot be refunded

We do not control descriptions of the products listed on Amazon.com.We have removed our offer from Amazon.com completely after being notified that the listing is incorrect but the item photo and description remains the...

same.[redacted]there are four remaining sellers of this item on Amazon currently still showing the incorrect description.This is an issue with Amazon not our company.this is the manufactuer's web page[redacted]Amazon put the description for bar itself on all the listings for the mounting brackets.the item ordered on amazon was by the customer was "Vertically Driven Product VDP Six Speaker Amplified Sound Bar Mounting Kit - Overhead 792561B"it specifically says "mounting kit"  the part number 792561B is for a mounting kit not a sound bar.  Amazon made an error.  The customer ordered VDP product 792561B which is what we would have shipped.  the sound bar is sold separately, [redacted]Amazon is responsible for the descriptions on their website.This issue is specifically covered in our terms and conditions"Content ErrorsWhile Powersport Superstore, Inc. make every effort for all information and pricing to be correct, Powersport Superstore, Inc. cannot guarantee that in all instances descriptive information, pricing, or photos will always be correct on Amazon.com. The manufacturer is sending us the missing components for this order.  They will be shipped directly to the customer as soon as they arrive shortly.  This is the only solution we can offer for this order.

There is a great deal of confusion from everyone involved
with this order
If the Revdex.com or the customer want a detailed description of
the entire sorted affair regarding this order, we will spend the time to do
that.  But the highlights are these
Customer placed an order, used wrong...

payment method (old
credit card I believe) and that order was cancelled
Customer placed second order with standard shipping, wanted
2 day shipping, we cannot change the order after the fact so order had to be cancelled
and redone.
Customer placed third order with 2 day shipping.  That order actually shipped on time and was
to be delivered on August 18th, which was on time according to the
estimated delivery date given to the customer at check-out using 2 day
shipping.
At present, the item has been intercepted (we told [redacted] to
send back to us) and it is en route to us now, ([redacted])
Even though there was technically nothing wrong with this
third order and it was shipped on time and would have been delivered on time (we
can provide a detailed description of dates and times etc if necessary) , we
have issued a full refund as a courtesy to the customer.
So to bottom line it, the customer has been fully refunded
and the item has been sent back to us. 
This is in keeping with the customer’s desires on this order, issue
should be solved.
PS.  Customer may have
been thinking that the credit card payment wasn’t refunded but there were
actually two separate payments, likely the first one cancelled and the second
one associated with the shipped order wasn’t. 
Also we have nothing to do with payments, that’s only the responsibility
of [redacted].

We have issued a refund of the remainder of the order as a courtesy. Thank you.

The customer has misread the amazon rules regarding this situation We are a third party selling IN the United States Our return address is [redacted]

[redacted] "Third party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States or pay for return shipping to an international address" We have provided a return address "WITHIN THE UNITED STATES."  Payment for return shipping is required if we are requiring the customer to return the item to a return address that is NOT within the United States.  This statement has nothing to do with where the customer is located, but has to do with the location of the RETURN ADDRESS. "If a seller does not provide a return address in the United States or free return shipping to an international address, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim to seek help with your return." The customer should certainly file an A-to-Z claim on the order if they feel this to be in error.  That is the proper next step.
