the first place, it never would have reached this level.  Not the greatest way to do business if you ask me.  They promise one thing, don't deliver, and the attempt to cover their you know what when they get called out on it.

Seems you had a different experience with the manufacturer than we did.  Because of the discrepancy, we have issued a full refund of the original order including the shipping AND an additional 17 dollars for the return shipping. Thank you for your business.

We do now understand that a second order was placed (not on Amazon) and that expedited shipping was paid for that order. We erroneously shipped the item ground which was our error.  We have refunded the original shipping plus tax on the shipping.  A refund of 90.99 has been processed and will be applied to the Visa card ending in 2864.Regarding the first order, we sent the return off to a third party distribution warehouse and listed the item as used per the determination of our returns department as previously discussed.  We are recalling the item to our facility.  When it arrives we will re-inspect the item completely.  If as you say the item is in new condition we will issue a full refund as is normal course for an unused item.  If the item shows signs of installation or damage as we previously noted, we will take photos and fully document the condition of the item and send you that information and the restocking fee will stand. This process may take up to 2 weeks, but we will follow up with you when we have the item back in our direct possession and perform an evaluation.  That is the only solution at this time.  If you do not hear back in 2 weeks please follow up.

The legal terms and conditions for use of our site specifically states
"Our Price Match Policy is a courtesy that Powersport Superstore, Inc.
chooses to provide, but the application of this policy is in no way
guaranteed. Powersport Superstore, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to
price match any competing retailer on any website or marketplace for any
or no reason whatsoever."

or potential customer at our discretion."
We are under no obligation to do business with you as you are under no obligation to purchase from us.  We have evaluated the price match request and have offered you that you may purchase the item from us for 160.24 which includes the price of the item and shipping.  It will be delivered to you for 160.24.  We do not honor coupons from other websites in our price match policy.  Even if we did which we do not, we would have no way of knowing if you have already purchased from them and this "one time" use coupon would not apply to your subsequent order.
You may choose to purchase the item from us for 160.24, we will then give you a coupon for 5% you can apply toward a future order.
Or you may choose purchase from another vendor.
The price match offer at 160.24 is an actual offer to price match per our policies and is therefore not a situation where you would get 10% off your next order because we "couldn't" price match.

A full refund has been issued for this order.A more detailed explanation: The order was properly placed, be it on purpose or accidentally and we fulfilled the order per our obligation with Amazon.com.  When orders are shipped from our warehouse they go in the back of a UPS semi truck and are...

covered by thousands of other customers packages.  Even if it is still at our facility it cannot be retrieved in reality.  The truck pulls away from our facility and goes to an Amazon distribution center where packages are scanned one by one.  At that moment the product says it was picked up.  It is not scanned as it leaves our facility because of our volume it is scanned at the UPS facility.  The fact that an email was sent or even answered before the "first scan" is not relevant.  If we can cancel an order before it is shipped, we do.  If we cannot, we do not.We incur significant costs associated withprocessing the orderPick, Pack and Ship labor and materialsShipping costInsurance costReturn fee assessed by UPSReturn shipping cost Restocking fees associated with the manufacturer upon return to them in some cases, etc.So, we did not randomly send you an item.  The item was ordered and we fulfilled the order properly.  We are within our rights to charge up to a 50% restocking fee per Amazon's terms and conditions that you are obligated to for this order but have chosen to issue you a full refund as a courtesy.  To reiterate, we are eating the entire cost of processing the order you inadvertently placed as a courtesy.  Thank you for your continued business.

I am rejecting this response because: the Item is shown for sale with the clamps, NOWHERE does it say the visors DO NOT come with the clamps as per the advertiser picture. The add is misleading and in accurate. I live in Canada, bought from a trusted vendor, I paid extra for shipping and border taxes, its unrealistic to return.

I am rejecting this response because:When placing the order by phone the business was told the shipping and billing address are different due to US post office policy of no direct delivery to the physical residence.  A phone call to review the information would have resolved the issue.  The order was cancel because we would not provide front and back photo copies of driver's license and credit card.  No other merchant has ever request photo copies of driver license or credit card.  We choose to order the parts from another creditable business which had no problem processing our order.

I am rejecting this response because: We ordered pipes for a 2016 HD and had no way to know we received pipes for a 2017 until the packaging was opened.  Yes, we opened it, how else can you know that it is not right? I repackaged it in the same shipping box, wrapped in the same method it was sent to me.  It was never installed AS IT IS NOT SUITED FOR A 2016 BIKE.  Within a day, we called the store directly, did not go through [redacted] again and purchased it again.  We never would have purchased it again from them if we had known they would not refund the first one.  It is extremely poor service on their part to in essence charge me 1.5 times as much as I should have paid because I opened a box.  It is quite evident that all the complaint I have read and mine as well, will sit here and never be resolved.  Keep in mind this company will also charge $80 for next day shipping and will not ship your package for several days, this was not a [redacted] issue, once [redacted] was in possession of the package, we received in overnight.  I was charged full price twice, only received a partial refund and charged for expedited shipping, which was not expedited.

Not ONLY DID THEY DO NOTHING, They Refuse To Even Acknowledge That They Were At Fault And Have Been At Fault. Not To Mention The Fact That Powersport Superstore Continues To Be Smugly Proud Of The Fact That They Continue To Provide The WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE In The Industry Even Thumbing Their Nose At The Revdex.com. They Act Like This Is A Joke. I can Assure You That Their Lack Of Respect Will Be Their Downfall!  The Revdex.com Will Publicize This Complaint. Amazon.com Has Already Publicized This Complaint. I retain All Of My Constitutional Rights And I Will Exercise Those Constitutional Rights To The Fullest Extent Allowable By Law Until Business's Like Powersport Superstore Cease To Inflict Personal And Financial Damage To Innocent Victims.  Powersport Superstore Robbed Me Of My Money By Forcing Me To Pay The Shipping To Send Back An Item That They Incorrectly Shipped Due To Their Own Negligence.  Then Allowed Someone Else To Pay For Their Crime.  I Am Not Their First Victim.  Their Negative Feedback Clearly Shows That, But I Very Well May Be The First Person To Actively Stand Up To Them And Their Smug Arrogance.  No I Do Not Accept Their Response.  They Are Inglorious Cowards Standing Behind A Keyboard. I Am NOT!
