This client enrolled with us on May 26, We completed a quality control call where the client stated she fully understood what we could do for herThe client signed an agreement with a day right of rescissionThe client claimed in July to have resigned within the days but on 6/23/ we received documents from the client to process We processed the documents and the client was sent emails confirming receipt of those documentsIn July the client claims to have cancelled within the days and now the client's claiming a days right of rescission when the agreement clearly states daysThe client clearly sent in documents and allowed us to work on her file before later claiming we did nothingThe client clearly has a change of heart and her file has been closedShe cannot change the facts; she had a day rescission per her agreement which she was aware of in July and she sent in documents days from her agreement requiring us to perform under the agreement

I was ashamed to even look at my credit report now it's something that I check often and regularly since I have given precision document the task of account validation and disputing my account I have integrity and a higher credit score than I used to have thank you all at Precision documents for what you do

We have received your notice of complaint and
wish to address the issue. The client has made many assertions we do not agree
with. The client on February 10, completed a quality control call stated
they clearly understood the program.
After that we sent a welcome package that
fully gave all details of the programOn February 23, we spoke with client
verifying they had received that package and did have a complete understanding
of the program and offering to answer any questions. Many times after that we
spoke with the client and yes we did document she had troubles sending faxes but
each time the number was confirmed with the client and the document received.
We spoke and communicated constantly with the client in the few months she was
enrolled. Unfortunately as the client was informed the program does have risk
involved. It appears when these risk became evident the client lost hope in the
process and began to view things negatively. We do understand this happens from
time to time and although we do our upmost to warn and prepare clients that
warning isn’t always effective. That all being said we are prepare to refund
the clients money since they were in the program such a short time and only gave
us time to start the process and not complete the process.
We have sent the client a refund release
for the payments the client made into the program

I have worked exclusively with *** *** at precision documentsHe is professional, and has helped this process runs smoothly*** is always available when I have questions or concernsHe cares about his clients and Goes out of his way to help people

This client enrolled with us in February 2015. He understood the program and sent creditor correspondence to our office so we could prepare documents on his behalf. We worked on two accounts the client sent us. When the client received validation of a third debt prior to our being
able to work on it we immediately processed a refund and sent the release to remove the account from the program and offered the client assistance through another program to resolve the debt. The client dropped the program and did not respond to the release for the debt refund. The client was in the program for about months and skipped payments and revoked during that time. Although the client skipped payments we continued to work with the client and prepare documents. The client felt the refund amount was small but unfortunately if you pay only half of the fees you have agreed to the refund is only going to be half of what it would have been had you paid your full fees. We did more work for this client then he paid for but we have not asked or pursued the client for any additional payments. We have called the client but are unable to reach him to assist him if we can

I never knew I had options until I got my letter Precision Documents saved my marriage and my kid’s futures They are true professionals and they really cared about me and my family’s future

I’m a person who took pride in my credit but with the economy’s downturn I hit a bit of a rough spotAfter going through this process not only was I able to get out of debt but I was eventually able to build my credit back up

This client has been working with us since October
2014. We explain in the client agreement that we will give a credit so
the client can go into a program for credit restoration. In June, the
client was given the credit and referred to a company for phase credit restoration (which
means
going for credit restoration while we continue to work with him.) We
had completed the preparation of documents to the clients creditor and gave the
client funds as promised in his agreement for phase 2. Somehow, a
miscommunication occurred after the client spoke with a creditor and he did not
follow through with credit restoration or with sending us
documents. I spoke with the client yesterday and he is back on track We are assisting him with the credit restoration and he has agreed to remain in
the program another days while he begins that process

The client enrolled on July 3rd She completed a quality control call at that timeDuring the QC call the client was asked, “Do you understand Precision Documents is not a credit restoration or credit repair
company?” The client stated “YES“. She also answered yes to the questions regarding her understanding of the program and how we can assist herThe client was sent a Welcome Kit for her to read at her own leisureThis welcome kit specifically includes and explains what we can and cannot doThe client received this Welcome kit and on July 28, we contacted her and completed a Welcome Call to answer any questions or concerns she might haveWe worked with the client for almost a year, through out that year she sent in documents and we spoke with her on many occasions. We did prepare documents on all accounts enrolled Per her agreement we are not a credit restoration company and she can cancel at any time. When she called in to cancel on June 27, her account was cancelled and she was no longer draftedThe client has been given a refund and the matter is resolved

The client enrolled and completed our quality control process confirming and understanding of the services we offer. We then sent a welcome packet and followed that with a welcome call to again confirm the clients understanding of the program. The client had a clear understanding of the
program. In the agreement it clearly states that when and if a debt is validated then a refund will be calculatedIn this client’s case a debt was validated and the client was refunded for the amount paid in for that debtShe was in the program for over a year and we serviced her, assisted her with questions and concerns, she had access to a client portal days a week and we processed all the documents she sent in The client has not sent in Bankruptcy paper work and under the US Bankruptcy code we must now work with the Bankruptcy Trustee, if any additional refund becomes due

I began working with this company about a month agoI spoke with a *** *** as my initial consultantHe went to great lengths to help me thru my process of my debt consolidationI've never worked with someone who went above and beyond to help someone is a crisisI will definitely advise anyone I know about this company and Manuel himselfPeople like Manuel don't come around often and he deserves to be rewarded for his excellenceHe is continuously helping with my process and it will not go unnoticed
