The client enrolled and completed our quality control process confirming her understanding of the services we offer.  We then sent a welcome packet and followed that with a welcome call to again confirm the clients understanding of the program.  The client had a clear understanding...

of the program.  Although the client skipped three payments we worked on her behalf diligently and when the client had a debt validated per her agreement we refunded the fees paid towards that debt back to the client.  There was not a lot to refund because the client had skipped as many payments as she made.  The client chose to file bankruptcy and we understood and closed her account and stopped charging any fees.  The client now wants a refund of moneys we have earned and we are unable to offer any refund.  Under US Bankruptcy laws the trustee will contact us in regards to the fees and services provided.

This client enrolled with us in February 2015.  He understood the program and sent creditor correspondence to our office so we could prepare documents on his behalf.  We worked on two accounts the client sent us.  When the client received validation of a third debt prior to our...

being able to work on it we immediately processed a refund and sent the release to remove the account from the program and offered the client assistance through another program to resolve the debt.  The client dropped the program and did not respond to the release for the debt refund.  The client was in the program for about 10 months and skipped 4 payments and revoked 1 during that time.  Although the client skipped 5 payments we continued to work with the client and prepare documents.  The client felt the refund amount was small but unfortunately if you pay only half of the fees you have agreed to the refund is only going to be half of what it would have been had you paid your full fees.  We did more work for this client then he paid for but we have not asked or pursued the client for any additional payments.  We have called the client but are unable to reach him to assist him if we can.

are enrolling into a Debt validation Program?”  The client stated “YES“.  He also answered yes to the questions regarding his understanding of the program and how we can assist him. The client was sent a Welcome Kit for him to read at his own leisure. This welcome kit specifically includes and explains what we can and cannot do. The client received this Welcome kit and on August 17, 2015 we contacted him and completed a Welcome call to answer any questions or concerns. We worked with the client for almost a year, through out that year he sent in documents, and we spoke with him on many occasions.   We have spoken to the client and came to an agreement on an amount for a refund, the client has received this refund already. The matter has been resolved and closed here in our office.

completing this process we send a welcome email with all our contact information for the client to reach us.  We then begin working and our set up work to begin work on the client file. We also sent the client a “Welcome Kit” that fully details the program and what is involved.  After the client has had time to review the welcome kit we call and confirm their understanding and answer any questions they may have.  She was in the program for several months and spoke with representatives during that time.  We have closed the client’s account and have reached an agreement with the client for a partial refund.
