We have received your notice of complaint and
wish to address the issue. The client has made many assertions we do not agree
with. The client on February 10, completed a quality control call stated
they clearly understood the program. After that we sent a welcome package
that
fully gave all details of the programOn February 23, we spoke with client
verifying they had received that package and did have a complete understanding
of the program and offering to answer any questions. Many times after that we
spoke with the client and yes we did document she had troubles sending faxes but
each time the number was confirmed with the client and the document received.
We spoke and communicated constantly with the client in the few months she was
enrolled. Unfortunately as the client was informed the program does have risk
involved. It appears when these risk became evident the client lost hope in the
process and began to view things negatively. We do understand this happens from
time to time and although we do our upmost to warn and prepare clients that
warning isn’t always effective. That all being said we are prepare to refund
the clients money since they were in the program such a short time and only gave
us time to start the process and not complete the process.
We have sent the client a refund release
for the payments the client made into the program

The client enrolled in May At that time we completed a quality control call and the client confirmed her understanding of the programDuring the QC call the client was asked, “Do you understand Precision Documents does not settle or reduce your debt but rather assists you in determining
whether the third party collectors attempting to collect the debts from you are doing so lawfully?” The client stated “YES” She also answered yes to the questions regarding her understanding of the program and how we can assist herPer the client’s agreement she is to send in collection letters, which she has done, through the whole duration of the programWe have communicated with her monthly to answer any questions and concernsWe last spoke to the client on July 22, and she expressed no concerns about not being able to reach usThe clients account is still active and we will continue to assist her until she expresses otherwiseWe have reached out to the client, through phone and emailIf we do not hear back we will send a letter

Our agreement clearly states that there is a day right to rescission in the agreement; an agreement the client signed and had the ability to save electronically or print. We worked with this client even over the days she had the right to cancel with her sending documents to our office and us preparing documents on her behalf. When we spoke to her in July she said she had canceled days after signing up but we had documents she sent to us days after signing up. Although the client’s narrative has changed several times we still reached out to the client and explained that we have documents showing she was still working with us over days after. Also the client said she was under the impression we had taken another payment and we explained that the 2nd payment did not clear her bank due to insufficient funds. She believed it had and we assured her that if she sends a bank statement and shows that the 2nd payment did clear we will be happy to refund that second payment. We have not received a bank statement from the client so we must assume she has now saw that the second payment did not clear as she had been advised from us

The client enrolled and completed our quality control process confirming her understanding of the services we offer. We then sent a welcome packet and followed that with a welcome call to again confirm the clients understanding of the program. The client had a clear understanding of
the program. Although the client skipped three payments we worked on her behalf diligently and when the client had a debt validated per her agreement we refunded the fees paid towards that debt back to the client. There was not a lot to refund because the client had skipped as many payments as she made. The client chose to file bankruptcy and we understood and closed her account and stopped charging any fees. The client now wants a refund of moneys we have earned and we are unable to offer any refund Under US Bankruptcy laws the trustee will contact us in regards to the fees and services provided

This client signed up and completed a quality call where she responded affirmatively to the following questions*Do you understand we are not a debt settlement company and do not settle your debts? *Do you understand the fees you pay are for our services and do not go to your
creditors? After completing this process we send a welcome email with all our contact information for the client to reach us. We then begin working and our set up work to begin work on the client fileWe also sent the client a “Welcome Kit” that fully details the program and what is involved. After the client has had time to review the welcome kit we call and confirm their understanding and answer any questions they may have. She was in the program for several months and spoke with representatives during that time. We have closed the client’s account and have reached an agreement with the client for a partial refund

I signed up with Precision Documents, Incunder the impression that it is a debt consolidation company who would manage my debt payments for meI was told that I would be debt-free in a certain number of monthsIn good faith, I paid them and scheduled an ongoing automatic monthly paymentMuch to my dismay, I receive a phone call from one of my credit card companies notifying me that my monthly payment had not been madeFurthermore, I was told that many companies keep the money to themselves and do not make the payments for their clientsI immediately called Precision Documents to verify if this is true, and indeed, they told me that they do not make any payments
I had my husband review the welcome documents that were sent to meUpon reading the details, we found out that this company is only for people wanting to stop debtors from harassing them and/or for those who believe that they do not owe money to harassing debtors -not at all what it was marketed to me asAs such, I asked to cancel the service since they could not provide me with the service that I needWhen I inquired about a refund (it had been less than days from the date I signed up until the day I canceled, and they had not done anything to help me with my debts as of yet), the representative told me that he did not know...at the end of that call, I was not refundedIn addition to "losing" the payment that I thought Precision Documents would apply towards my debts, this has caused further inconvenience with my having to pay a late penalty to a debtor that I thought would have been paid with the funds debited by Precision DocumentsAs a customer who has been misled by the flyer that was initially sent to me by Precision Documents, I believe that it would only be fair for them to issue me a refund

Very polite on the phone, helpful at resolving my debtAnd explaining to me how the process worksAnd how to handle debt collector calls

Well, I don’t know where to begin other than thank you!!! I dreaded having to consider filing bankruptcy and blemish my record for years I didn’t realize there was a better option for me and I’m glad that I reached out to Precision Documents Thank you again!

Mr[redacted] signed up with Precision Documents on 10/05/2015. On that day we completed a recorded quality control call where we asked:
"margin-left: 0.25in;">· Do you understand that you may perform any of the services explained in this Agreement on your own without entering into this Agreement or with assistance from Precision Documents? · Do you understand we are not going to pay your creditors? · Do you understand that we are not a debt settlement company but a document preparation company? · Do you understand the money you pay goes to Precision Documents for fees and not to your creditors? He responded yes to each of these questions otherwise we would not have moved forward with his enrollment. However, based on information provided by Mrs[redacted] about Mr[redacted]'s state of mind, we have closed this client's account and are processing a full refund

My husband and I were struggling with our bills for over a year before we found out about this program. They were able to assist us with our debt with and may it very affordable. We would defiantly recommend this to anyone who is struggling with their debt.

I began my experience with Precision Documents over a year and half ago. About two months ago I received a summons for one of my two accounts that I had with them. They were able to refund my money for that account since it was validated. With me second account I have called several times in the last month to cancel the program and get a full refund so that I can start my bankruptcy process. Still 21 days later no refund from Precision and every time I call and ask for the to speed up the process and mark the emails to the refund department as urgent. I want my money back so that I can start my bankruptcy ASAP!!

It’s hard enough to admit the financial trouble we were in, let alone asking for help. Your representatives have made it easier for us accept help and understand that we can’t do it on our own. Thank you for being down-to-earth and understanding of your situation. Thank you for helping relieve us of this financial stress.

whether the third party collectors attempting to collect the debts from you are doing so lawfully?”  The client stated “YES”.  She also answered yes to the questions regarding her understanding of the program and how we can assist her. Per the clients agreement she is to send in collection letters, which she has done, through the whole duration of the program. We sent out validation documents for the relating accounts and spoke to the client on a number of occasions addressing her questions. The client was cancelled on July 5, 2016 and requested a refund. We have processed a refund for the client and the matter is settled.

working phone number, to Mr [redacted] and all of our clients. We apologize for any inconvenience but this was out of our control. The phone number of [redacted] is and has been working fine and is the number listed for contact on the Revdex.com site as well as on our website. That said, I have reviewed Mr [redacted]'s file and it seems like he is experiencing a severe hardship due to loss of income. Therefore, as the owner of the company, I am approving a full refund of fees paid by Mr [redacted] to be paid out tomorrow. I want Mr [redacted] and any other viewers of this comment to understand that per the agreement Mr [redacted] signed he is not entitled to any refund amount. We have done a good amount of customer service and follow up with Mr [redacted] but want to see him to get through this difficult time. We are hear to help consumers not make their lives more difficult and out of pure grace, we will issue the refund. We wish Mr [redacted] the best of luck and hope this refund can help him get back on his feet. We will be here for him should he need us in the future.

This company is miss-leading and is a total scam.

We have communicated with her monthly to answer any questions and concerns. We last spoke to the client on July 22, 2016 and she expressed no concerns about not being able to reach us. The clients account is still active and we will continue to assist her until she expresses otherwise. We have reached out to the client, through phone and email. If we do not hear back we will send a letter.

My bankruptcy attorney and I have both emailed this company regarding the filed case for bankrupcy. The company then responded with the following statement on 1-29-2016. The bankrupcy attorneu confirmed per law they are not required to hold any refund or communicate to the trustee. The companies supervisor I spoke with on the phone said her name was [redacted].  The supervisor who emailed me identified herself as [redacted]. 
This was the last email response I received from the company. 
"We see that you have already been given a refund for the debt removed on your account and that no additional refund is due.   You have been in the program for over a year in that time we have earned the small amount of fees we earned.
[redacted]"
I was guaranteedoing when I signed up that if the accounts were validated or I had to file bankruptcy, there would be no fee for their service and I would receive a full refund. This is why I am still seeking my full refund.
