Scam
Total scam. Got my money and never got the meds. Kept telling me they needed a pedegree form from doc. Doc office faxed it numerous times and spoke with them and PH kept telling me they never got it. After multi calls to PH I finally was told they had everything needed and it was sent to drug manufacturers and it would be about 4 weeks and I would get med. Then I get another call they need the pedegree form. I asked to speak with supervisor and they said there wasn't one. I finally told them to cancel my acct. They got $200 and I got nothing. There is no one you can speak to except i[censored] who just keep repeating we need the pedegree form even when I gave her the dates that another PH person told me they had everything. I would love to get back my money. It is total scam.

False advertisement!
Prescription Hope is nothing but a scam! Claiming If we cannot access your medication, we will not charge you***! Before even waiting for any type of documentation they immediately take $50 dollars from you for your medication without you even having any medication because they don't have any information pertaining to your medication! Then a month later they take another $50 dollars from you all while you still have yet to receive any medication for the first $50 dollars that they took from you because they claim they don't have the proper documentation that they are still waiting for the documentation when you have spoken to your doctor who sent the documentation and your going months without no medication but there still taking payment! WHY ARE YOU TAKING PAYMENT WHEN YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY MEDICATION! Then when I call to speak to someone I'm on hold for almost an hour our more and then told that I can't receive any of my money back because the manufacturer didn't deny me they just didn't receive the paper work so YOUR STEALING MY MONEY AND NOT GIVING ME ANY MEDICATIONS! I demand my $100 to be returned to me immediately this is theft you don't just take someone's money and not deliver them any medication that they were paying for! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! taking advantage of people who are seeking help in trying to pay for expensive medications this is sickening this is not trying to help people!

Bunch of bull!
My fiancée enlisted their help in acquiring a drug that was more expensive than what her income was. She paid them $50 "activation" fee on NOV 16. She got approval for the drug. She was charged another $50 on DEC 7. They got the doctors prescription on DEC 9. GREAT, she was already overdue in applying the drug. It is now DEC 15, and no drug in sight. I have called several times, and all I get is "processing". When I look on their website...same thing..."processing". Apparently, they are not concerned about their clients' health. So, for $100 so far...we have zip!

SCAMMERS! DON'T FALL FOR IT!
Search online and they have tons of bad reviews stating the same. They DO NOT provide any service but will charge you the $50 a month anyway. I have copy of the invoices they sent me.

EVEN THOUGH their website falsely claims ***Note: If we cannot access your medication, we will not charge you***
I never received any medication from them and many other thousands of people haven't either.
They prey on sick and people in need to then threaten them to send your unpaid bill for service NOT receive and NO medication (you still have to pay that in full by yourself)
Shameful.

Hello this is [redacted] I did receive the information regarding the response from Prescription Hope, but all it says is problem resolved and issue handledI just want to know what that means exactly? Did they agree with where I was coming from and know I was wronged as a patient? That what they did was completely unethical? There is no detail and I want to make sure I was heard and got through to someoneDid they confirm they will not contact me or try to collect again? Also will you guys post this on your website for others to see and take precaution when dealing with this company? I apologize for all the questions and concerns, but I was very upset will all the wrong doings here and I want to make sure action was takenThank you again so much for all of your help

Prescription Hope works by the patient sending required information to us for the processing of their medication orders, at the beginning of a medication enrollment the patient is informed of how our service works both verbally and it is explained to them on the enrollment for that they sign stating they understandIf the patient does not send these requests to us, we have a specialized team that constantly reaches out by phone and by letter to the patient in attempts to receive the documentation originally requested from the patient until it is received.The patient failed to submit the requested documentation for the medication he requested, therefore, we were unable to get the medication ordered and delivered.Per the Enrollment form that each patient must sign and agree to before being enrolled into the program, listed in the “Fees” section: “It will take approximately 4-weeks to start receiving your first supply of medication(s)This range is an average amount of time and is contingent upon a prompt response to the information we request from you and your physician(s).”The patient was also notified of this information verbally during the welcome call and this information listed on the “Quick Answers” page of the prescription hope website.Although Prescription Hope completed its services as outlined on the enrollment form that the patient signed and agreed to, and the patient did not return the requested information, Prescription Hope honored the patients request for a refund

During the time period this patient is referencing our phone provider was having intermittent issues on a global scale and was out of our control On the morning of 09/26/one of our representatives contacted the patient and the account was reviewed in -full with the patient All concerns have been addressed and resolved
