We reached out to the patient, all issues were addressed

Prescription Hope works by the patient sending required information to us for the processing of their medication orders, at the beginning of a medication enrollment the patient is informed of how our service works both verbally and it is explained to them on the enrollment for that they sign stating they understand. If the patient does not send these requests to us, we have a specialized team that constantly reaches out by phone and by letter to the patient in attempts to receive the documentation originally requested from the patient until it is received. The patient failed to submit the requested documentation for the medication he requested, therefore, we were unable to get the medication ordered and delivered.Per the Enrollment form that each patient must sign and agree to before being enrolled into the program, listed in the “Fees” section:  “It will take approximately 4-6 weeks to start receiving your first supply of medication(s). This range is an average amount of time and is contingent upon a prompt response to the information we request from you and your physician(s).”The patient was also notified of this information verbally during the welcome call and this information listed on the “Quick Answers” page of the prescription hope website. The patient failed to make on-time payments and ultimately cancelled and per the “Fees” section of the Enrollment form that each patient must sign and agree to before being enrolled into the program, “Cancellations can take up to 30 days to process. Upon termination you agree to be financially responsible for any outstanding balances.”Although Prescription Hope completed its services as outlined on the enrollment form that the patient signed and agreed to, and the patient did not return the requested information and canceled her account with service fees due, Prescription Hope honored the patients request for a refund.

I am writing you in regard to the phone conversation between you and my sister, [redacted]. on May 31,2016 about Prescription Hope.I received a...

letter from you dated May 25, 2016 in which it was stated by Prescription Hope that "all issues have been discussed and resolved."  This is not accurate. I have never rejected nor accepted any offer. When the representative, Connor, from Prescription Hope called an spoke with [redacted], I believe it was on May 18, 2016, she stated that Prescription Hope was offering to repay me $55 and I had to accept it by 4 PM that day. [redacted] told her that she would not be calling back that day. ([redacted] and I needed time to make a decision.) The issue was never resolved and Prescription Hope is just plain lying to say that it was.It seems that this company has no ethics, no honesty and little regard for older citizens. They only seem to be interested in taking my money with little results for me.Thank you for your help and concern.I give Revdex.com authorization to include the complaint details in the Business Review.[redacted]

All issues were addressed and resolved.

Hello this is [redacted]. I did receive the information regarding the response from Prescription Hope, but all it says is problem resolved and issue handled. I just want to know what that means exactly? Did they agree with where I was coming from and...

know I was wronged as a patient? That what they did was completely unethical? There is no detail and I want to make sure I was heard and got through to someone. Did they confirm they will not contact me or try to collect again? Also will you guys post this on your website for others to see and take precaution when dealing with this company? I apologize for all the questions and concerns, but I was very upset will all the wrong doings here and I want to make sure action was taken. Thank you again so much for all of your help.

Prescription hope threatened us by telling us if the complaint to Revdex.com was not dropped by me I would NEVER see my money. The problem is far from being resolved. If we drop the complaint they said we would receive our money in 60 days. This is getting to be ridiculous.

This issue has been addressed and resolved.

I appreciate that they have stopped collection on the account.  Part of the delay was that they used an old form.  If their job is to work with pharmaceutical companies, they should know and use the correct form.  Most of the  forms they said I delayed in returning were asking for the prescription number from the pharmaceutical company.  I could not provide information I did not yet have.  By the time I had it, the prescription was soon going over the counter and Prescription Hope could no longer provide it.  The 2 months in question totaled $70.  They asked the collection agency to collect $120.

This patient delayed sending her proof of income documentation to us, which delayed the process.  The patient ultimately wanted to cancel her account per a phone call to our customer service department on 02/03/2017 but had a past-due account.  The patient was closed per her request....

On a recent phone call with the patient on 03/14/2017, the patient mentioned she had a denial letter from the manufacturer.  The Prescription Hope enrollment form states:  Guarantee: If you do not receive medication because you were determined to be ineligible for the patient assistance program by the applicable pharmaceutical manufacturer(s) and you have a letter of denial, Prescription Hope will gladly refund the monthly administrative service fee(s) for the medication(s) determined to be ineligible. All Prescription Hope needs from you is a copy of the denial letter sent to you from the applicable drug manufacturer explaining why you are ineligible. All issues have been resolved.
