I have a complaint number [redacted] They still send me bills that they want payment or they are going to a bill collector I tried to email you back but it would not send some error with your address kept coming upI just want my refund of dollars and for them to quit bothering me

On 05/18/at roughly 3:30PM this client's alternate contact, [redacted] called and discussed the account All issues have been discussed and resolved

I appreciate that they have stopped collection on the account Part of the delay was that they used an old form If their job is to work with pharmaceutical companies, they should know and use the correct form Most of the forms they said I delayed in returning were asking for the prescription number from the pharmaceutical company I could not provide information I did not yet have By the time I had it, the prescription was soon going over the counter and Prescription Hope could no longer provide it The months in question totaled $ They asked the collection agency to collect $ Regards, [redacted]

On 06/20/2016 the patient was closed per her request; no further charges have been made; we tried to contact the patient to explain these details with no response. All concerns have been addressed.

Since the 05/23/email, when this concern was brought to our attention, we have monitored every Revdex.com call by listening in on the calls to find this alleged practice and we have not heard this being done on our end through our monitoring and training As an accredited member of the Revdex.com since we have followed, and will continue to follow, the Revdex.com Accreditation Standards We can assure you the alleged practice mentioned is not being done and we will continue to monitor to be sure it does not happen in the futureThank you for your time and attention in this matter and we hope to have our accreditation reinstated as soon as possible

I am writing you in regard to the phone conversation between you and my sister, ***on May 31,about Prescription Hope.I received a letter from you dated May 25, in which it was stated by Prescription Hope that "all issues have been discussed and resolved." This is not accurateI have never rejected nor accepted any offer.When the representative, Connor, from Prescription Hope called an spoke with ***, I believe it was on May 18, 2016, she stated that Prescription Hope was offering to repay me $and I had to accept it by PM that day [redacted] told her that she would not be calling back that day( [redacted] and I needed time to make a decision.) The issue was never resolved and Prescription Hope is just plain lying to say that it was.It seems that this company has no ethics, no honesty and little regard for older citizensThey only seem to be interested in taking my money with little results for me.Thank you for your help and concern.I give Revdex.com authorization to include the complaint details in the Business Review[redacted] ***

Prescription Hope works with over different pharmaceutical manufacturers, all of which have their own processes that we must follow During the period of time the patient is referencing, the manufacturer was behind in processing on their end so we continued to follow up with them At the time the patient contacted the manufacturer on her own, the manufacturer was nearing catching up on their processing and simply asked the patient to verify her address as part of their protocol, which could cause a misunderstanding on the patient’s end This is why we ask every patient to let us know if there are any potential issues with their medication not being delivered so we can contact the manufacturer and sort it out without causing confusion or misunderstandings.Although Prescription Hope completed its services, we have stopped the collections for the remaining amount the patient owes

On 11/14/we left a voicemail for Mr [redacted] with the resolution We also attempted contact on 11/16/ twice and twice again on 11/17/but his voice mailbox was full Although Prescription Hope completed its services as outlined in the agreement he initialed, signed and dated his acceptance to, we contacted the collections agency and all past-due charges were dropped

I got the refund for $I am unhappy that they did not provide a written confirmationBut the account is closed

ID number [redacted] this is in reference to our conversation over the phone today January 25, When I spoke with you I had just gotten off the phone with MsConner, she assured me that once she heard from the Revdex.com that I have contacted the Revdex.com and I'm in agreement with a refund of hundred and Seventy-five ($175.00) I would received that amountMade known that she had received an e-mail from the Revdex.com Friday 01-22-in reference to the e-mail that I had e-mailed the Revdex.com.Thank You, [redacted]

Prescription Hope works by the patient sending required information to us for the processing of their medication orders, at the beginning of a medication enrollment the patient is informed of how our service works both verbally and it is explained to them on the enrollment for that they sign stating
they understandIf the patient does not send these requests to us, we have a specialized team that constantly reaches out by phone and by letter to the patient in attempts to receive the documentation originally requested from the patient until it is received.The patient failed to submit the requested documentation for the medication requested, therefore, we were unable to get the medication ordered and delivered.Although Prescription Hope completed its services as outlined on the enrollment form that the patient signed and agreed to, and the patient did not return the requested information, Prescription Hope honored the patients request for a refund
