Prescription Hope works by the patient and their healthcare provider sending required information to us for the processing of their medication orders, at the beginning of a medication enrollment the patient is informed of how our service works both verbally and it is explained to them on the
enrollment form that they sign stating they understandIf the patient or healthcare provider does not send these requests to us in a timely manner, we have a specialized team that constantly reaches out by phone and by letter to the patient in attempts to receive the documentation originally requested from the patient and their healthcare provider until it is receivedThe patient and healthcare provider failed to submit the requested documentation for the medication she requested in a timely manner, therefore, the process was delayed in getting her medication orderedAlthough Prescription Hope completed its services as outlined on the enrollment form that the patient signed and agreed to, and the patient and healthcare provider did not return the requested information in a timely manner, Prescription Hope honored the patients request to stop the collections on her account

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meHowever Prescription Hope has NOT told the truth in this case My application was submitted on Jan 5th proof of that is attached My submission of documentation was NOT delayed, nor was my proof of Income..ALL documentation was submitted prior to Jan 8th with Jan 23rd being the very latest date since it took the IRS more than days to provide the "letter" prescription Hope wanted That letter was received and submitted Jan 19th however Prescription Hope knew of the delayed letter from the IRS as I called and spoke with customer service who acknowledged they had ALL documentation except that letterand all of this? delayed nothing This is NOT the reason for Prescription Hope's action in sending me to a collection agency for an amount of money I did NOT owe for services they KNEW I would not receive because I sent them the denial letter on 2/ I HAD to cancel my application because Prescription Hope COULD NOT provide my medicine in a timely manner and as it turned out they could not get the manufacturer to provide either, even though the customer service people said there was "no problem" I got a denial letter from the manufacturer and immediately faxed to Prescription Hopeproof of that as well I requested cancellation of my account between Feb 2-3rd and sent a copy of the denial letter to PH on 02-16- So even with the denial letter they got on Feb 16th AND my request for cancellationthey STILL sent an un-owed amount of money to a collection agency that they KNEW I did not owe So while I am happy with the resolution and that they have contacted the collection agency on 03/as well as refunded my application fee on March 20th I do not feel this company acted on the up and up It would have suited better to admit their mistake rather than lie about how all this came about Successful transmission to Re: expenses for *** *** patient iD 134568701/23/12:PM18772981012CompletedSuccessful transmission to Re: PRESCRIPTION HOPE02/02/08:AM18772981012CompletedSuccessful transmission to Re: denial of an application02/16/02:PM18772981012CompletedSuccessful transmission to Re: Complaint against Prescription Hope and *** and Associates03/13/11:AM18772981012Completed

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meHowever for the record I would just like to point out that I contacted perscription Hope every weeks durrning the period I was without my medicationTheir response was to tell me to call back in another two weeks every timeAnd also I did not contact the manufactuere they contacted meThey let me know that Perscription Hope was not doing what they were supposed to

After being denied a refund we turned matter over to our attorneyWe have since received a full refund

Prescription hope are liars!!! They denied our refund and only after threatening to sue them they gave us our refundWe NEVER threatened to expose them on the internet and they NEVER offered a refund until we got a lawyer

Business indicated in communication to Revdex.com that they need a signed HIPAA release form based on HIPAA privacy rules, stating “HIPAA Privacy Rules prohibit us from discussing or disclosing patient Protected Health Information in a public forum such as the Revdex.com.”

They haven't reached out or offered anything to me?

I have not heard from anyone at Prescription HopeI don't know if 1) my Chase credit card was credited the $( Jan $1oo, Feb $100, and March $100) and 2) nothing has been addressed of the $debited
from Chase April.The last time I spoke to any one from Prescription Hope was early to mid AprilWe have not even received a letter from themThe last correspondence we received indicated that "funds unavailable Feband March and wanted us to pay $for each month! (copy sent to *** ***. Per Chase, Prescription Hope already paid themI have not heard anything from Chase Bank indicating a refundHOWEVER, WE GOT ANOTHER PAST DUE BILL FOR THE FEB$+ $NSF, DATED MAY 12, 2016, AND PAST DUE FOR MARCH $+ $DATEDMAY 12, 2016. ACCORDING TO CHASE, PRESCRIPTION HOPE WAS PAID, AND WE HAVE A DISPUTE GOING ON WITH CHASE vs PRESCRIPTION HOPE. LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO ME TO FAX THESE LETTERS.Thank you for your help,

As of now, no more letters or phone callsIf anything happens I will advise youAs of now, I guess we can close this caseI still a little disturbed about the out of pocket expenses and time going back and forth to fax and over night the documents repeatedly, but we did get the fees back into our account.THANK you again for being there for us,

As of this date of 3/18/16, I have received phone messages from prescription hope, all on days I was workingWhen I did attempt to call them back, I was on hold for an
extended period and had to hang upI am going to try to call again, after I finish this e-mail but I have NOT spoken to a single person and NOTHING has been resolved that I am aware of

The patient was refunded after their dispute with their financial institution was denied, we offered a refund in good faith to this patient and during a conversation with *** on 06/07/the “patient still refused and threatened bad marketing all over the internet.”

You obviously are not reading my response. I understand that you waived the fees from the collections that you had put against me, but those fees should of never existed in the first place. I am
referring to all the months, that I paid for medication, and didn't get them and even had to do the "leg work" at times to get them. Please have the courtesy to read my past response so that I don't have to retype the same response yet a forth, fifth, six time
