We have reached out to the patient and all issues were addressed and resolved.  Thank You,Bryan K. H[redacted]###-###-#### ###-###-####

This issue with Prescription Hope has been resolved. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

From: Bryan Hildreth [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, January 20, 2016 4:19 PMTo: Catherine McLaughlin ([email protected])Subject: Revdex.com Case: 11084060 Charlotte BroomeWe have reached out to the patient and all issues were addressed and resolved. Thank You,

On 06/20/2016 the patient was closed per her request; no further charges have been made; we tried to contact the patient to explain these details with no response.  All concerns have been addressed.

I filed a complaint with you guys today against Prescription Hope in Westerville, Ohio. ID [redacted]. This is a follow up from that. They just called me at 3:18 pm and stated they will NEED MORE information from me before they can process my request while still charging me for no prescriptions....

Talked to Angela and she stated they were sending me ANOTHER LETTER requesting more info. This was why I filed with you at Revdex.com.This just confirms my thought that they are stalling to get more money from me and now I'm upset. The last time I talked to them they stated the infor I just sent out yesterday was all they needed.

To whom this may concern. Please be advised, I         [redacted], on todays date 11/13/2015. I am asking the Revdex.com...

Ohio branch to rescind my compliant against Prescription Hope. Both Parties have agreed to settle. I thank you for your time and efforts. Because without you I would not be writing this message.                   Sincerely [redacted]

Please see the information below. It says that you have reached out to the patient and all issues were resolved. This is not the case. I spoke to someone in your office named Conner. She was very ignorant...

towards me and refused to mail or email me written confirmation that my account balance owing is $0.00 and that my account is terminated as requested. She claimed that Prescription Hope does not email or mail out such notices, yet I have received so much mail from you on other matters. As COO of the company, please find a way to honor my request and just send me written confirmation within the 10 day period described below and I will happily allow this case to close.

We have reached out to the patient and all issues were addressed and resolved.  Thank You, Bryan K. H[redacted]

We have sent out a zero balance letter to the patient.

I am rejecting this response because: I received a call from the company that they were crediting my account the $50 using the card that was original used. I have yet to receive a refund.
Regards,

Since the 05/23/2016 email, when this concern was brought to our attention, we have monitored every Revdex.com call by listening in on the calls to find this alleged practice and we have not heard this being done on our end through our monitoring and training.  As an accredited member of the Revdex.com since 2007 we have followed, and will continue to follow, the Revdex.com Accreditation Standards.  We can assure you the alleged practice mentioned is not being done and we will continue to monitor to be sure it does not happen in the future. Thank you for your time and attention in this matter and we hope to have our accreditation reinstated as soon as possible.

I have not been reached out to.

Our records indicate the funds were already returned last month.  If you are not seeing the funds on your end, please contact your bank.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

I got the refund for $175.00. I am unhappy that they did not provide a written confirmation. But the account is closed.

I was told that my account...

with Prescription Hope would be canceled in June 2016. Now I have been charged for July 2016 and August 2016.  I did not use their services for those two months. If they did anything is was on their own without my consent. I called in my own prescription for those two months.  I called [redacted] (the supplier of the prescription) and asked them to make sure Prescription Hope was taken off my account. So they should not have been able to do anything. I am told I'm being charged for their service not my prescription. However I had to pay them for 3 months I believe it was November 2015 December 2015 and March 2015 that I did not receive my medication ([redacted]). Which is why I canceled with them. I was called by [redacted] to verify my address which was the only thing holding up the prescription from being filled. I was told that Prescription hope could have called them and told them my address at any time. So they were not doing what I was paying them to do. The least they can do is not charge me anything past June (2016).

On 11/14/2017 we left a voicemail for Mr. [redacted] with the resolution.  We also attempted contact on 11/16/2017...

twice and twice again on 11/17/2017 but his voice mailbox was full.  Although Prescription Hope completed its services as outlined in the agreement he initialed, signed and dated his acceptance to, we contacted the collections agency and all past-due charges were dropped.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

Prescription Hope works with over 180 different pharmaceutical manufacturers, all of which have their own processes that we must follow.  During the period of time the patient is referencing, the manufacturer was behind in processing on their end so we continued to follow up with them.  At the time the patient contacted the manufacturer on her own, the manufacturer was nearing catching up on their processing and simply asked the patient to verify her address as part of their normal protocol, which could cause a misunderstanding on the patient’s end.  This is why we ask every patient to let us know if there are any potential issues with their medication not being delivered so we can contact the manufacturer and sort it out without causing confusion or misunderstandings.Although Prescription Hope completed its services, we have stopped the collections for the remaining amount the patient owes.

All issues have been addressed and resolved.
