day, Priceline offered the option to purchase a rental car at a rate of $20 per
day, and the consumer agreed to this purchase offer; initialed the contract
page, disclosing the $20 per day rate, and clicked the “Buy” button.
 
Please
note that prior to submitting the request the consumer had the option to modify
or declined the offer before clicking “Buy Now”, and the consumer clearly chose
to accept the $20 per day rate.

I am rejecting this response because:That is the problem. One representative told from the fraud department states they would credit my account but my bank had to speak with them since it was so old. Then my bank tries to call them and left messages but with no success of contact. An email address that your rep provided to me and my bank was invalid. 
When I tried to call the fraud department again I spoke with a rep who was rude and would not allow me to tell him situation. When I advised that I would report y'all to Revdex.com and that I would contact a lawyer, he told me to go right ahead and kept telling me bye bye anytime I tried to speak after that.

However, the numerous calls, delays and roadblocks placed in my path were awful. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received for something that should have been an obvious quick fix. The business acted like they were doing me a favor by returning my money - something they sold me after they told me their was no sale. We are in receipt of the complaint initiated
by the above-mentioned consumer and appreciate the opportunity to respond. 
 
The consumer states that she submitted several
bids for a rental car and intended to book an SUV type vehicle; however,
received confirmation for an economy type rental car. The consumer is
requesting a refund for the one day cancel fee charged for the cancelation of
the reservation, and also requests that Priceline change the cancel policy
associated with Name Your Own Price reservations.
 
Priceline offers a variety travel
service options, including Published Price rental car reservations that do not
require prepayment and offer free cancelations.
 
When selecting a reservation, and prior
to purchase, the consumer is provided with the cancel policy associated with each
reservation.
 
In this case, the consumer chose to
select a Name Your Own Price reservation that provided greater savings and less
flexibility.
 
Attached hereto is a copy of the
consumer’s contract page authorizing the non-refundable, non-changeable terms
and conditions of the selected reservation, including the car type, selected and authorized: Economy Car with Unlimited Mileage.
 
I am sorry that the consumer’s selected
purchase is non-refundable and we are unable to issue a refund for the cancel

We reviewed your requests and verified the first
reservation booked was with Trip Number, [redacted] This reservation was
booked on July 17,
2016 and it is a roundtrip flight from [redacted]
This reservation is active on our system and a reservation
confirmation or a copy of the itinerary was sent to your email address two
minutes after the reservation was accepted. Our records also indicate that you
checked the status of the reservation online multiple times after purchase. Our
records indicate that you attempted to book the same airline tickets for the
same passengers on August 2, 2016 and August 3, 2016. Those attempts were
rejected because the same passengers were already ticketed.
 
Furthermore, your reservation with Trip Number,
[redacted] was canceled for a full refund in the amount of 1002.60 USD on
August 8, 2016 according to the airlines fare rules. The refund was processed
through our system within one business day; however, bank processing time
varies, so please check with them if you don't see the refund in your account
within a few business days.
 
In addition, your reservation with Trip Number is

The one way tickets were from [redacted]t
(PHL) to [redacted] for the same passengers to depart on
August 27, 2016. This reservation is still active because the tickets are non
refundable according to the airlines fare rules. Our ability to change or

however, you will be responsible for an airline imposed exchange fee, any
difference in fare and a per ticket service fee. Please note this option will
