They sell uninhabitable and overpriced rooms and once they get your credit card information, you will never get your money banks. They are aided and abetted in their lucrative frauds by the credit card industry. Incredible how notorious and audacious they are and the stock is sky high despite being steeped in fraud. They cannot be contacted and so far have proven to be beyond the reach of the law. But so was [redacted]. Sooner or later they will be brought to justice, hopefully in 2017,

After careful review of your concern, we decided to process a partial refund of your purchased insurance. The refund will be based on the unused days of your rental. Based on Budget's record, you picked up your reservation on February 7, 2015 at 12:29 p.m. You returned the vehicle on February 15, 2015 at 3:02 p.m. Rental car reservations are charged per 24 hour time block. The time the vehicle was returned resulted in an additional rental day. This means that you have a 9-day rental.

Booked a rental car in Orlando through Priceline for October 14, 2014.
On October13, 2014 received an Email of my airline [redacted] about a tropical storm waiver because os Storm Gonzalo.I was flying from Ponce, Puerto Rico to MCO, waiver code [redacted].
I changed the trip one day and called Priceline "Customer Service" where someone in India answered, after telling him what happened he said nothing could be done, that I could not change the reservation and I had to pay for it.
I just erased their website from my computer, will NEVER use them again.

I am rejecting this response because:
This is a total lie either by priceline or by the hotel, because we have a phone record as well as both my wife and I as witnesses showing that we made a call at around 10:00 on the morning of the 14th to that hotel. During that time my wife spoke to the woman and she said she would cancel the reservation. Now whether she actually did or not, I cannot verify because I was not in her presence, but we did follow the directions completely to make the cancelation and it was stated in the directions that if we did such we would receive a refund. Either Priceline or the Hotel is scamming us and I am sure this has been done to many others. Here is the direct statement from priceline's receipt to us: Cancel Policy: Priceline will not charge you a change or cancel fee, however this hotel has the following cancellation policy: For the room type you've selected, you can cancel your reservation for a full refund up until noon on Wednesday, July 16th (local hotel time). We cancelled on the 14th at a little after 10:00 so we should receive a full refund as stated in the policy. If you need proof of our call to the company with the date and time, I will call my phone company and have them provide it. I have also attached priceline's full contract with us that I have quoted from. They are breaking their own contract and therefore need to be held responsible! Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:  I just thought the Revdex.com would want to know what kind of company they are dealing with.  I am sure that this is not the first, nor the last complaint you have gotten regarding this company.   As of July 17th I have received an email from them Priceline stating that they have cancelled my reservation, cancellation #[redacted], and they are not refunding my money as in the response I got today from you in your most recent email.  So even if I bit the bullet and agreed to stay at this particular hotel, I no longer have reservations there and have had to yet bear the expense of another more suitable hotel for the State Fair.  No room, no refund, what the heck?
What a disappointing experience for me.  I reported Priceline to the Revdex.com because first to deal with a business who cares so little for their customers needs and wants; to thumb their nose at me when I offer them more money to stay at another hotel of their choosing with transportation to the State Fair; who obviously do not care about getting repeat business back; who have used the word play in making people believe that they can upgrade when they really can't.  I would have never initialed that under the conditions had it been made clear to me that they would not take more money from you for an upgrade.  It was convoluted at best.   
I have contacted my credit card company that I will be disputing the claim.  I thought that you should know about how they used me and I thought you would care about your consumers out there.

Tried to book a flight through Priceline.com. Gave me an error saying that it was unable to book the flight. So I tried again another 4 times. Then went to [redacted] to book the flight worked like a charm. I received a confirmation number though [redacted]. The later when I checked the email. I received one from Priceline.com. They had charged my account. So now I have 2 sets of tickets. I called Priceline. They told me that they did not have any issues with their system. They also told me that they could not do anything to help me. Basically all Pricelines fault yet they will not refund my money. They told me I need to have [redacted] refund my money. In my opinion, it is not [redacted] fault, and Priceline should refund me.

The issue is that I did select the correct pick-up and drop-off locations of [redacted] to [redacted] airports...  The next page was the name your bid page...  there was no confirmation on this page as to what I was bidding for.  After the bid was accepted it said it was the same locations: [redacted] to [redacted].  Which is what they show AFTER the bid was selected.  That is the error. 
 
I thought I was clear when I put in my complaint.  Should I submit another complaint or can we re-open this one?  Ideally I'd like to try again and hope they get it right, but am afraid to do so since they probably won't refund anything next time.  I've used Priceline a lot in the past but never attempted a car rental using different pickup and dropoff locations. 
 
Maybe if they contacted me to work with me I can show them what happened.  Please let them know I'd like their assistance in this matter.
