Yes while I did order the items in - they were given as gifts at the end of and broke early in and then again recently.As far as the personalization, I don't consider the items personalized as one of the necklaces hangs upside downThat's not how her name readsI will not disagree that they have been working with me, but I am not interested in another necklaceThe work/materials they use clearly don't lastWhy would I want something that I would expect to break?***

Hello, On 11/**/at 5:pm, we received the complaint from this customerAt 7:pm (11/**/15), we responded to this customer informing them, that we were aware of the programming code error We also advised this customer that our IT department is attempting to isolate the
programming code error to fix itThe error is random and is nearly impossible to re-create to repair; and our programmers are working line by line in the code to find itAdditionally,we apologized to this customer and advised we would be refunding the overageWe can confirm that the refund was processed and a total of $has been refunded back to this customer

The order was placed and the order was for shipment to another party so regardless of the fact that they received my e-mails after they shipped -which was days after order placed - the original order was for it to be shipped to another party. I had to ship to that party and it cost me more than the shipping charges I paid and was due to their error not mine. I do not want the $credit, I want to be refunded for the entire amount I paid for shipping due to their error.

For clarity - we contract with both *** and *** to ship our merchandiseBoth companies have a partnership agreement with *** to perform what is called a "last mile delivery" - which means that the local postal carrier will deliver the order to the doorI have attached the tracking from the same *** information provided earlier via this portal Please note that if you wish to track the package via the *** portal you must use the *** tracking number on the bottom of the page

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved I acknowledge that I only redeemed one voucher and not all that I purchased, which I stated perviously; however, the problem was with the lack of communication and resolution prior to submitting this complaint They only acted on processing my order once I filed with the Revdex.com Prior to that, all communication was initiated by me, and the responses by the company contained no confirmation of my order, no confirmation of processing the order, and no explanation of why They continued to send responses that did not address the problem and closed the case repeatedly I have now received the bracelet ordered back in mid-November, as a result of this Revdex.com complaint I will not be redeeming the remaining vouchers, as I am not going to go through such a process for each one Thankfully, though originally I would have had to use all the vouchers with Monogram Online, Groupon was kind enough to allow me to transfer the remaining vouchers and apply them to a different company's offer instead
