This order is currently in production and as indicated on our website, once a personalized item is in production we are not able to issue refunds - the customer was notified several times in the padgett.pdf.However, to resolve this, we will cancel this customer's order - and refund the shipping - however we are not able to issue a refund for Groupon discount code - the customer must do so through their personal Groupon account

The business is apparently not reading the details of the complaint. When I submitted my order, the order was to be shipped to a DIFFERENT address than mine as it was a Christmas gift. When the other person did not receive the gift, I contacted the business and within the e-mail (which I provided with my compliant) I AGAIN advised the business it needed to be shipped to another addressThe business shipped the item to me which resulted in incurring shipping fees for shipping to the other person. The business did not follow my order instructions nor did they follow the instructions in my subsequent e-mail. I should not have to pay for the shipping it to the other party when the business did not do their due diligence and follow instructions for shipping. I want a refund of what I cost me to ship the item to the other party

item. Second - our policy indicates that we will perform repairs including Tarnish treatment for free within 3 months of receipt - The customer service agent was simply attempting to follow policy and process for treatment. Third - regrettably, we do not issue refunds on personalized products as is noted both on in our policy available here: [redacted]  as well as on the Groupon site, where the customer obtained a discount code to purchase this item for $5. Because we are a company that values our reputation - we have issued a replacement order free of charge to the customer (order [redacted]) and requested additional tarnish treatment. Google provides multiple tips on how to care for plated jewelry. Plated jewelry has to be taken care of if you are to maintain the luster and brightness of the gold or silver. The company has not called me as requested. I have gotten one email response stating they were about to send one order but the other was still in processing and would be expedited shipped to me. I do not want either item as they are over a month late and I want a refund for each item. I do not want them shipped to me. There are no additional emails requesting an address change - please provide the emails that confirm an address change prior to 12/**. The requests start on 12/** and 01/**. The order shipped on 12/**. As noted by the dates in the emails attached to the original response to the complaint. The customer has only paid $7.95 to us in shipping and therefore we regret we are only able to refund the amount paid to us - which is why the customer was also provided a $25 store credit well in excess of the difference of the additional $5 requested now.   [redacted]
