Great service this week from Dennis P. at Princeton Air Conditioning. After I called yesterday to come out to give me an estimate to replace our 17-year old heating and cooling system, Dennis came out the same day and emailed me the estimate within the hour. I signed the contract for the new system this morning and Princeton Air will be coming out this Thursday to do all the work.
Very friendly service and adequate and professional explanation of the system and all the pros and cons.

Sean S. came today to perform annual maintenance on the central air conditioning service. He called ahead of time to let me know when to expect his arrival. He was courteous, pleasant and very efficient. I would be happy to have him come another time.

They are very competitive and worth every penny for a flawless job.

Princeton Air Service Technician, [redacted]. came to our house today and addressed our problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable, and treated us with the same regards as if he were fixing the unit for his family. He was very professional, yet personable and friendly. He explained to us the different reasons why our heating unit wasn't working properly. Its workers like [redacted] that made signing up for Princeton Air services worthwhile. I highly recommend this company to anyone out there!

[redacted] replaced a gas valve on my heater. He did an excellent job. [redacted] is very thorough, and very easy to deal with.

Had furnace service by [redacted]. He had a difficult diagnosis problem, but fortunately a relatively simple repair. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism is outstanding. As the problem was variable (sometimes the furnace worked - sometime it did not), I was concerned that it would be difficult to repair if it was working when the technician arrived. Sure enough, it was working when [redacted] arrived. However, with his extensive knowledge of heating equipment, and his willingness to go through extensive diagnostics, he was able to identify and correct the problem.

Kyle provided excellent service during the annual winter maintenance. He took the time to explain what he is doing and offered recommendations to improve the efficiency of my furnace. Good communication skills.

We just replaced our Furnace, AC and Water Heater, all done by Princeton Air. We are very happy with their services.
Due to such a big project, I did my homework thoroughly by searching websites for various reviews on brands, models, especially complaints, etc. I learned that installation is the key for a successful/trouble-free replacement. According to the recommendations, I requested free estimate with several companies including Princeton Air. Dennis [redacted], Sales Manager, was the one came over and did the free estimate. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. After the estimate, I received a "Thank You" card from him. I decided to choose Princeton Air to do the job. I asked him to provide the best technicians for us in order to be trouble-free in the future. He recommended Dave [redacted].
Dave [redacted] was the major Installation Mechanic, assisted by Martin [redacted], for the Furnace and AC installation. With a military background, Dave shows the qualities of humble, hard-working, discipline, as well as paying attention to details. I feel confident on the installation job done.
Wes [redacted], installation Technician, did a good job for Piping when installing the Water heater done by the partner company [redacted].
Upon entering our house, the technicians all covered the way and handled the equipment carefully. They are courteous and demonstrate the quality from a well managed company that you can trust. We highly recommend Princeton Air to other customers.

[redacted] has serviced our equipment on numerous occasions, including one instance in which he successfully spearheaded the analysis of a particularly difficult issue. He and all the Princeton Air technicians have consistently done an excellent job in maintaining our HVAC systems in two different homes. We will be moving soon and plan to engage [redacted] and his Princeton Air team once again in our new home.
