Alberto Tito Martino performed my winter maintenance on my Lennox heating system todayHe did a very through job and explained step by step what maintenance he was performing I ask him to check my Aprilaire Humidifier as I did not think its was working as my home was very dry last February He checked it out and determined it was not working properly He corrected the problem and explained the units operation
He is a very knowledgeable technician I rate him stars

Jake T and someone who was in training under him responded to my request that they check my basement for carbon monoxide, and stop the leak if one existed. He checked everything and discovered that the problem was created by another part that provided the momentary extreme heat to light the furnace when it turned on was not working so that the furnace did not light, but did generate gas for a brief time. It took time to discover the source of the problem, but he stayed with it until he had checked every possible source of leaking.

Just had two air conditioners tuned up by Sean S of Princeton Air Conditioning. He was completely professional and helpful. He switched me to a less expensive plan that gives me priority service should I need it during the A/C season.

He even had special shoes to wear indoors so he would not get out floors dirty.

Jake T. was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He was responsive to all our questions and was very neat.

I have been doing business with Princeton Air for many years. Some technicians were good and some not so. However, Eric Muench is the very best we've had. He is knowledgeable, interested in satisfying the customer, concerned about their needs and knows how to carefully explain and respond to questions. He is a pleasure to watch work, as he is careful, neat,and knows what needs to be done. Eric is a very experienced and well trained technician..
I am going to request that he be the person who does the maintenance work for me.

Mark, the Sales Specialist, was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions in great detail. He knew his products and he knew the industry. We were looking to replace an Air Conditioner and Heater/Furnace. We had been w/o AC for most of July and they were very responsive and professional. Mark spent a good deal of time with us and went over everything in great detail. Not being mechanically savvy, this was most helpful. He made several recommendations and gave us details on each option available to us. We hope we get Mark the next time we need help of this kind.
