We just replaced our Furnace, AC and Water Heater, all done by Princeton Air. We are very happy with their services.
Due to such a big project, I did my homework thoroughly by searching websites for various reviews on brands, models, especially complaints, etc. I learned that installation is the key for a successful/trouble-free replacement. According to the recommendations, I requested free estimate with several companies including Princeton Air. Dennis [redacted], Sales Manager, was the one came over and did the free estimate. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. After the estimate, I received a "Thank You" card from him. I decided to choose Princeton Air to do the job. I asked him to provide the best technicians for us in order to be trouble-free in the future. He recommended Dave [redacted].
Dave [redacted] was the major Installation Mechanic, assisted by Martin [redacted], for the Furnace and AC installation. With a military background, Dave shows the qualities of humble, hard-working, discipline, as well as paying attention to details. I feel confident on the installation job done.
Wes [redacted], installation Technician, did a good job for Piping when installing the Water heater done by the partner company [redacted].
Upon entering our house, the technicians all covered the way and handled the equipment carefully. They are courteous and demonstrate the quality from a well managed company that you can trust. We highly recommend Princeton Air to other customers.

I am happy to confirm the tremendous level of service provided by Princeton Air service representative. The latter was punctual, courteous and friendly while expeditiously making the necessary repairs without charging us an arm and leg. Princeton continues to be our go to heating and air conditioning service provider.

I've been using Princeton Air for almost ten years for maintenance and service to my HVAC system. Their response has always been timely and, for the one repair I needed, it was done right the first time.

We are very pleased with the installation of our water heater. The installation was done with care and precision, and Edgar and Sammy were a pleasure to work with.

This is a commendation for Chris S., Residential Technician, who did our annual central A/C inspection 04/12/2016. Undaunted by the rain, he performed the most thorough, absolutely complete inspection of the entire system from end to end that I can imagine. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, polite and dedicated to customer service. What a pleasure.

Had furnace service by [redacted]. He had a difficult diagnosis problem, but fortunately a relatively simple repair. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism is outstanding. As the problem was variable (sometimes the furnace worked - sometime it did not), I was concerned that it would be difficult to repair if it was working when the technician arrived. Sure enough, it was working when [redacted] arrived. However, with his extensive knowledge of heating equipment, and his willingness to go through extensive diagnostics, he was able to identify and correct the problem.

Will D. was on time and completed all the maintenance on our AC that was scheduled. He also looked into another issue I had brought up which was beyond the scope of the work we had scheduled and was able to provide suggestions on what we should have checked out in a future appointment to resolve the issue. Overall I have always had a great experience with Princeton Air over the last few years.

Sam A[redacted] the installation specialist from Princeton Air was here today and did an excellent job installing our new air conditioner. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and when he was done, asked me several times if I was satisfied and if I had any questions. He did an outstanding job with the installation!

[redacted] has serviced our equipment on numerous occasions, including one instance in which he successfully spearheaded the analysis of a particularly difficult issue. He and all the Princeton Air technicians have consistently done an excellent job in maintaining our HVAC systems in two different homes. We will be moving soon and plan to engage [redacted] and his Princeton Air team once again in our new home.

Princeton Air has excellent customer service with every phone call I make whether it be to schedule an appointment or have a question. Their service tech, Will D., was prompt, courteous and went beyond with his help to my technical questions. They have taken care of my HVAC unit with a maintenance contract every year for a number of years. The unit is nine years old and working likes it's new.

Tito is very personable, explained what he was doing carefully, warned me about replacing filters because of live electricity. He suggested a way to keep vines and dust away from the condenser. So he's friendly, informative, and imaginative in a helpful way.
