Princeton Air is a wonderful company to deal with and I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

I have been doing business with Princeton Air for many years. Some technicians were good and some not so. However, Eric Muench is the very best we've had. He is knowledgeable, interested in satisfying the customer, concerned about their needs and knows how to carefully explain and respond to questions. He is a pleasure to watch work, as he is careful, neat,and knows what needs to be done. Eric is a very experienced and well trained technician..

I am going to request that he be the person who does the maintenance work for me.

[redacted] Service Supervisor efficiently serviced our furnace. He is very polite and has a pleasant personality.

[redacted] from Princeton Air came and solved a problem (loud banging noise)
with the humidifier connected to the heating system that was installed late last winter.
Although the problem had been partially resolved last spring, it recurred (louder) after recent service. I appreciate his methodical, thorough search for the source of the noise, as well as his clear, considerate explanations of the way the system works.

Review: We signed a contract with Princeton Air about 3 years ago. After the first 2 years, we decided not to renew the contract because we found the service very expensive and in some cases unprofessional. Although some technicians were competent, others were not. Here is a specific example. After our basement was flooded, we called them to check the heating system. The technician was unable to start the water heater and declared that all electronic circuits need to be replaced. Later a representative of the company gave us a quote for over $500. Luckily for us, we had a plumber to come and replace the sump pump. He was able to start the heater after about 10 min (all he needed was a sponge to get rid of the water). After this incident, we decided not to renew our contract with Princeton Air.

But we were for a surprise. We made sure to schedule their regular visit (to check the heating system) before our contract expired (it expired in November and we scheduled the visit in October). After we told them that we are not going to renew the contract, we received a bill for $340.26. They claimed that we had an extra visit outside of our contract. This 15-min visit apparently is meant to cost us $340. Note that their yearly agreement is little over $400; and that they charge $60 for a visit. This $340 to me is just extortion. It didn't help that the person handling the bills tried to intimidate my wife on the phone.

To sum up, first, we disagree that this visit was outside the contract. We were aware of the end of the contract and made sure it was scheduled within this time period. Second, it is absolutely not clear to us how a 15-min visit inspection with no work performed whatsoever can cost $340.26.

[redacted] came to my home only a few hours after I required service, and arrived right at the middle of the 3 hour window. The problem with my blower fan was diagnosed within 45 sec, and he went out of his way to answer my questions and explain aspects relevant to the problem. A very positive experience!

I particularly would recommend Service Pro [redacted] was in total control of getting the job done correctly. [redacted] and his technician were timely and thorough. My home was tidy and you could never tell that I had such extensive work done on my home. [redacted]r was personable, knowledgeable, and reviewed the entire work scope with me prior to beginning and once again after completion.

We had a cold house after vacation. The Princeton Air supervisor [redacted] came to our house at midnight. He correctly diagnosed an igniter problem. He fixed the problem to reheat our house. He was very professional.

Kyle M. was extremely professional. He explained everything to me in detail and did a quick and professional repair of my furnace.

Outstanding Service

My elderly mother had a problem with her air conditioning unit at the beginning of the summer. The professional team from Princeton Air resolved the problem within a week. Parts were ordered and installed quickly. More importantly, they left her with a feeling of trust and dependability. We will be calling Princeton Air again with any problems, and will recommend them to family and friends! Thanks so much to everyone at Princeton Air.

Alberto Martino from Princeton Air came to my house to service the furnace and the humidifier. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. During his work process, he explained to me many do's and don't regarding my system. He also explained to me why it is important to have the HVAC system serviced on a regular basis like any other machinery and how it affects the lifespan of the system. I wish him and the company all the best for their honest work and dedication towards the consumer.
