Very well-run company. Service people are always polite, helpful, well-trained and well-spoken.

From sales to installation, the Princeton Air team was excellent. On my request, a 5 men installation team led by David Wessels installed 2 new Lennox systems in my home on the same day in less than 6 hours. The entire team was courteous, efficient and kept a clean work environment. I highly recommend Princeton Air.

I have used Princeton Air since I moved into Princeton Junction three years ago and have been more than satisfied with their reliability, knowledge, and the quality of their service technicians, as well as their office help. Eric M[redacted] , Service Supervisor, and an apprentice named Ricky came today to service my air conditioner. They both put protective covers on their shoes when they entered my home, informed me of what they were doing, completed their visit in reasonable time and were on their way. I would give them my highest recommendation as a very satisfied customer.

A very complete maintenance check. Fixed some minor problems. Technician explained what he did. Air conditioner running well.

Princeton air diagnosed and fixed an issue with my heat pump that several other companies had failed to correct. [redacted] and in particular [redacted] were fantastic. They listened to what I had to say and used it towards honing in on the problem, other contractors disagreed with my suggestions. I was so impressed that I took out a maintenance contract with them.

[redacted], Residential Technician, arrived at my home to check out a problem with my furnace and newly installed humidifier. As he entered the house, he introduced himself and immediately assured me that he would have everything working properly before he left. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made some wiring adjustments and reset the humidifier. All was back to normal as he had promised. I was extremely pleased with [redacted] professionalism and his courteousness. I have done business with Princeton Air for many many years and they should be proud having [redacted] represent them.

Mark S from Princeton Air came out to look at a new hot water heater whose pilot light kept going off. My difficulty was not only with the hot water heater but with the original contractor who installed it and the home warranty company that hired him. I had so many problems and frustrations in dealing with them that I decided to go with Princeton Air to see if they could help. The difference between the two contractors was phenomenal. Mark was courteous, thoughtful, helpful and clear about what the possible problem might be in addition to what could be done to address the issue. I can't say enough good things about his work and my interactions with him and with Princeton Air and would highly recommend them without any hesitation.

We have been fortunate to have [redacted] once again to help us with a problem we were having. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went out of his way to make sure we understood why it occurred and what we needed to do to prevent future occurrences. This is the second time he has had to visit us and he is always pleasant and respectful, it is a real pleasure to deal with him.

Today I had my semi annual HVAC service. It was performed by Kyle M - he was competent, courteous, neat and completed everything needed for a Spring check up

I am very satisfied with their service. The water heater tank is scheduled to be replaced within 24 hours after having a service representative. The cost is less than $2,000 (40 gallon tank). We had contacted another company and they said that it will cost $12,000 to replace the water heater; we were about to pay more than $10,000 for extra. The service representative [redacted] was quick, accurate, and reliable.

Discovered during June annual maintenance that we had almost no in AC coolant left in our condenser and that law now prevents giving a boost to freon based systems. Decided to replace our two 20 year old heating/AC systems with new Trane units. Princeton AC guided us through the process of selecting and installing the new units. This required two full days work, one for each system. The technicians they sent out, Paul W. and Dave W arrived punctually at 9AM each day, were courteous, pleasant, and eager to help us with any questions. They installed the systems, including new thermostats and dehumidifiers
and had whole thing up and working by mid afternoon each day. They walked us
through the operation and programming of the controls. We mentally thank them every day during this last month as the systems have allowed us to be unaware of the extreme heat and humidity (until we venture out!) They were careful not to track any dirt or stains into the house, did no damage to walls or furniture and cleaned up completely before leaving the house each day.

Good Job with my regular maintenance service.

[redacted] is a very reliable and knowledgable Princeton Air associate. He has been servicing our home for several years.

Fast, professional service. Diagnosed my issue immediately and resolved it. Technicians took care to keep the house clean and complete the job efficiently.

Mr. [redacted] had us install two [redacted] gas furnaces and two [redacted] air conditioners in 2012. All four of these units were sold with a 10 year [redacted] and Princeton Air conditioning parts and labor warranty. On Friday, January 2, 2015 we received a call at 8:48 am from Mr [redacted] to...

report that he had no heat from his second floor [redacted] furnace. Our service dispatcher asked him some questions so she could properly ascertain what the problem was. She then dispatched a service technician to his house who completed the repair at 11:36 am (2 hours and 48 minutes after we were notified of the problem). This was all covered under warranty.Mr. [redacted] then called again on 1/5/15 requesting that we change the parts on his other [redacted] furnace. we explained to him that [redacted] will not send us the parts unless the part in question has failed.On 2/22/15 Mr. [redacted] again called to tell us his first floor was not working. We dispatched a service technician to his home who diagnosed that the pressure switch had filed. We ordered a pressure switch and convinced the [redacted] Co to also send us a new collector box for each of the furnaces.The next day, 2/23/15 we received the parts and installed them in both furnaces at no charge to Mr. [redacted].We feel we did a good job responding to Mr. [redacted]' problems and we will continue to provide him with warranty service on the [redacted] equipment for the balance of the warranty contract.

[redacted] came to my home only a few hours after I required service, and arrived right at the middle of the 3 hour window. The problem with my blower fan was diagnosed within 45 sec, and he went out of his way to answer my questions and explain aspects relevant to the problem. A very positive experience!
