12/5/17 order number *** for $168.57 of 2 metal prints and 2 photo strips paid thru ***.
On 12/5/17 I ordered 2 metal prints and 2 photo strips, order number *** from Printpix. I received the metal prints. I contacted Printerpix on 12/21/17 due to dents in both prints. I sent in pictures as requested. On 12/29/17, I had not received a response from 12/21 so I contacted them again following the instructions on their website for filing a complaint. I explained that I was requesting a refund due to poor customer service and poor quality. I have not received the photo prints to date. I have not received a response to my inquiry yet either.

They are issuing a complete refund.

Their company sends out a link from *** / ***. That link / URL takes you to their website where they say an error has occurred. When I contacted their support, they took well over an hour and said they couldn't help me. I had to contact *** and they got me the correct URL. When it came down to ordering the final product, their website said that if I ordered my product with standard shipping, it would not be delivered in time for Christmas. I selected expedited. I had almost a week to get the order to me. Once you picked your shipment method, you are taken to payment screen that does not list any shipment information or charges. When you click submit on your credit card, you do not get any final totals payment or summary of charges. The problem is that they changed my shipment method to standard and didn't tell me how much they were going to ultimately charge me. I immediately opened a support ticket. They never contacted me. I left three more messages on the same ticket. They two weeks ago, they closed the ticket without any explanation or contacting me. My shipment was late. Stay far, far away from this company.

Horrible company. They do not ship things on time, charge a ton to take forever to ship and argue over returning shipping fees. I've called them three times and nothing has come of it.

ordered a photo throw & it arrived with no photos. They will not resolve the issue.
I ordered a photo throw as a gift from Printerpix through Groupon for $7 plus shipping. I followed all the steps on their website to download and save the photos. Got confirmation that it does done correctly. When the throw arrived, it had no photos which is the whole purpose behind ordering a photo throw. Contacted them multiple times with no resolution. Put on endless hold when I called them, or just receive an automated email telling me what to do if I have a problem. I even emailed them a photo of the photo less throw. Nothing. When I finally reached them by phone over a month later, they told me they will not refund me and said it was my fault and they would not resolve the issue unless I can provide a screen shot of my order. Who takes a screen shot of their order ? That's ridiculous. I should have checked their Revdex.com rating before purchasing. As a matter of principle, I want this issue resolved. They should not be allowed to do business like this. They are essentially stealing from customers. I want a full refund for the $7 I paid for the throw and a refund of my shipping cost.

You would have had to drag the photos on to the blanket. DO NOT USE THIS THIS COMPANY. THEY CANNOT GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER. THEN WHEN YOU CALL THE SECOND, THIRD, FOURTH TIME, STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER AND NOW THEY SAY IT IS STILL IN PRODUCTION. OVER 18 DAYS AND STILL WAITING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR CARDS!!!!!! When I asked about my order, the answer was, "I DON'T KNOW". WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT???????

Worst company I've had to deal with in a very long time. Customer service is horrible, you can't understand them. I ordered 24 photo books from my sisters wedding for each of my family members for Christmas, paid over $80 in shipping (minimum shipping cost) and it is now 1/19/18 and have been dealing with them every couple of days trying to get my shipment. They did ship 5 of the books, and have not sent the rest. Do not use this company!!!!

I was promised Guarant eed delivery for Christmas items came in January
I ordered my wedding book and a wedding book for both my parents and my new in-laws. As per the Printerpix website as long as the order was placed by December 12 2017 it was guaranteed delivery. I placed my order on December 5, 2017 and my items were not delivered until January. I was promised a refund on my shipping cost, I was told on December 29 it would be processed, when I called back I on January 2 they said it was processed on that day as of today January 19 I was just told that my refund has been escalated to be processed which means it was never processed on January 2 as I have been told. I have been lied to the repeatedly and just want my refund as promised. Unfortunately I have an open order with them because my mother in law wanted another wedding book so lets see what happens with that order.

This was promised to be delivered in time for Christmas delivery. It is now January 18th and they still will not tell me when the order will be delivered. I have contacted them by phone, email, on *** chat as well as Live Chat. They have not responded to *** messenger any longer (but looking at their *** it is riddled with complaints!) They always paste the same generic responses saying "it will be dispatched at soon as possible. please wait a few more days". Now they claim it was shipped on 1/11/18 via*** with the following tracking number:

*** said they have received the order but not the product to ship so the shipment is pending receipt of the product. PrinterPix told me it will be with*** within the next week. It has already been 7 days. Because of the delay in production PrinterPix offered to send me a free product via email which was never received. They offered to refund my shipping charges which was never refunded and they also offered to send via expedited shipping so I would finally get the order which was supposed to be a gift and they have STILL not shipped it.
I asked for a refund of my order and shipping costs since December 18th when I knew it would no longer arrive in time for Christmas but they told me on that date that they could not cancel my order since it was already done in production. However, it is now two months later and I still do not have it.

Desired Outcome

I would like the order delivered via expedited shipping with a tracking number. This is a personalized product with pictures of my children that was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

As mentioned in the original complaint, the order was stalled in shipping. I have never received it. A new order was created by PrinterPix which they assured me would be shipped overnight by 1/26/18. This order still has not been shipped and they indicated via email (Joanna), Phone (Charlie) and Live Chat (Patrick) that the order is still in production and they do not have any insight as to when it will ship. They indicated they have, again, "escalated to the higher-ups" but there is nothing else that can be done. They aren't able to give me a ship date, they aren't able to let me speak to a manager, they take my phone number and say a manager will call back but never has a manager phoned me back. This company is a fraud for taking orders they cannot produce and for scamming customers with inadequate customer service.

Placed an order on 12/16/2017 for 4 items. Only 1 item was received. Have made several email and phone calls to customer service with no resolution.
I purchased 4 items (to be Christmas gifts) on 12/16/2018 order #XXXXXXXX. $130.43 was withdrawn from my bank account on 12/18 to pay for the four items. I was given 1 tracking number for the entire order. An order was delivered on 12/23 but it only included the mug ($24.95). I began an email correspondence with their customer support beginning on 12/27 (the email correspondence is attached. After a couple of emails it seemed that the person was unaware of my actual concern and provided me with the same tracking number for the item already delivered, asked me to verify my address, etc.. Eventually (1/8/18), I asked for specific information regarding my orders whereabouts and expressed my desire for a refund of the items unreceived ($105.48) if the items were not already on their way. I never received a response. On 1/12 I called customer service and spoke to someone who told me they needed to get in touch with the production department to figure out what was going on. He assured me he would call me back that day with updated information. I received a voicemail on 1/15 asking me if I had received my mug (the only item that I was very clear that I had received). I called again on 1/17 and spoke to someone who once again told me my order was split and it was being worked on. I explained that I no longer had faith in this explanation because I have been trying to get answers since 12/27. I asked for a refund or to speak to a manager. She was unable to do either and said she would have someone call me back. I explained my frustration in already having someone call me back the previous week that clearly did not understand the situation and still did not rectify the situation. I stated that after numerous emails and phone calls, I did not want to wait for another phone call or have to call back again and again, but she was unable to say anything other than she would have someone get back to me. I told her that I would be contacting the Revdex.com because I did not feel like my problem was being addressed appropriately or resolved.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be reimbursed for my undelivered items if not the entire order for having to go through this entire ordeal and waste so much of my time.

I ordered a voucher for 5 calendars through the site, and when I went to make my order, I apparently only ordered 1 calendar. I spent more than 3 hours on hold with customer service and exchanged several emails as well. Ultimately I ordered another 4 calendars and asked for PrinterPix to refund my money. More run around, and they did not give me a full refund. The calendars were of poor quality and the customer service was awful. Never again!

DO NOT order anything from this company!!! First of all they offer "deals" in which you need a voucher code which is supposed to be emailed to you within 24 hours. They NEVER emailed anything to me, and I had to l them to get the code, which took more than 30 minutes of my valuable time. Once I got the code, it didn't work on their website which required another call to them, where I was on hold for over an hour. They finally answered and I placed my order with their help. I will come back to let you know what the quality looked like when and if I receive my order.

They sent me the incorrect item and I have been attempting for over 3 weeks to get the correct item.
I purchased it on Groupon in November. Ordered the blanket around Dec. 9 and received it incorrect on Dec 21st. I contacted them on the 22nd and sent in pictures. I have been promised twice to have it shipped correctly and refunded with out compute through. Called today 1/16 requesting to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I purchased the *** for 18 bucks and paid close to 20 for shipping.

I still have yet to be reimbursed for the shipping and yes the package shipped but I was told that I would get express shipping and that didn't happen because my package was supposed to be here on the 24th and it's still not here.

I was sent my order of a photo blanket which was completely wrong. trying to obtain a refund or corrected order.
I purchased a *** for Printerpix and placed my order immediately. My order of a photo blanket was received when promised but was completely wrong. The entire left side was cut off. I called Printerpix, and after the customer service rep reviewing it, she said that the error was on their end and that She would expedite a new order. This was over a month ago. Since then there have been at least 10 calls and 10 emails. First it would be expedited, then it had to be approved, then I would have it delivered by the end of the week and now I am back to waiting for it to get approved. Every time I send an email I get no response, just a generic survey asking me if I am satisfied. I am most absolutely not satisfied. I called a few days ago and asked to speak with a manager and was advise no one was available but was promised a callback within 48 hours......no callback. Today I called again, was placed on hold for over 22 minutes after asking to speak with manager, customer service rep came on and said that manager refused to speak with me. No explanation given just that they refused to speak with me. I emailed *** and am waiting to hear from them. Horrible experience, I would advise *** and anyone to not do business with this company.

Yes, after numerous emails and phone calls I did receive the product. It still was incorrect, if it had been the first blanket I received I would have called in to say that it wasn't what I had ordered. The blanket that I ordered had the images covering the entire blanket. The first blanket I received had the images cut off on the left side and the replacement had the images in the center too small. Not what I wanted. Besides that, even if I was satisfied with the blanket, I was told that I would receive a call from a manager the first time I requested.....I never received a call. The second time I called, I was told by customer service representative that manager "refused" to speak with me. I made many calls and emails and wasted a lot of time on this. I should receive a full refund not only because I never received what I paid for but also for the unprofessional service that I received. I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies, but never quite this bad.

An order was received broken, the reorder was not received in a timely manner, and I have been waiting too long for a refund.
I purchased a personalized mug on 11/24/17. The mug was delivered damaged on 12/1/17. That same day, customer service issued a reorder of the same item and ensured me I would receive it in time for the holidays by 12/22/17. I called on 12/20/17 and was told it was not yet sent and would not arrive by 12/22/17. I asked to cancel and get a refund. Customer service said they would issue me a refund and still send the mug. I finally received the mug on 1/10/18 but am still waiting on the refund. I was told I would have it by 1/11/18. I called today (1/12/18) and was told it had not yet been issued and they could only escalate the request to the accounts department.

I placed 2 different orders for a total of 9 canvases. 4 are damaged. They will not get back to me on this matter and I cannot get a hold of them.
I placed two orders. One on December 27, 2018 and one on December 29, 2018. I purchased a Groupon for 6 10x10 canvases for $20 and another Groupon for 3 10x10 canvases for $12. I placed my orders and paid shipping: order #*** was a total of $29.99 and order #*** was $19.99. All three canvases from order *** were damage and 1 from order *** was damaged. It took over a month to even receive my orders. I immediately got a hold of them through their website. I was told to email them with a complaint, the email they gave me through their live chat could not receive emails because it was full. I then went to the website to file a damage claim two times now over the last 2 weeks. They gave me claim numbers each time and said I would be contacted. I have yet to hear from anyone at the company. I have called and was on hold for over 20 minutes without an answer. I also tried their live chat again and no one ever came through to try to help me.

I would like to have the damaged canvases replaced and to have my charges refunded. I do not want to pay any further S&H for any canvases they replace. This has been a ridiculous process.

Product was ordered in early Dec, still have not received.
I ordered product *** QTY:4 Order #: *** with a cost of $49.99 billed to my *** credit card on December 12th with a promised delivery date before December 25th. I have spoken to numerous customer service reps who have promised a quick resolution and delivery of the product(s) that I've ordered and I have yet to see a shipment confirmation from them. The current status shows "your order has been manufactured and is waiting for dispatch", this status has remained the same for over two weeks. I spoke to a representative early last week who stated that it would be shipped out within a few days and I still have yet to see a change in status.

Purchased a product from this company six weeks ago and it has not been delivered.
I purchased two custom photo blankets from this company on December 1, 2017. On December 12, 2017 I received one of the two blankets that I ordered. I contacted customer service on December 13, 2017 to inquire about the other blanket. They reordered the second one and said it was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. The order deadline on their website for new orders to guaranteed receive them for Christmas was December 13, so I thought this was fine. I have called this company at least six times between then and now inquiring about this blanket. On December 21, 2017 I was told it was in production. On December 23, I was told it was completed and would be shipping and arrive by Christmas. On December 27, I was told the customer service rep lied, that the blanket was never printed because they ran out of stock on that blanket the previous week. I was told the money I paid for shipping was to be refunded and would appear in my account in 10-14 days. On January 2, 2018 I was told the blanket would be done in production by the end of the week and shipped shortly after. On January 8 I was told it was finished being produced and would have a tracking number available for shipping in 24-48 hours. Today I was told the customer service rep lied, it was still in production and should be finished and shipped sometime the middle of next week. The rep said that he would put it on the highest priority (whatever that means to them), and would be shipped expedited. I still have not seen the refund in my account, and that refund was supposedly put through 17 days ago. I've been hung up on by this company's customer service reps and lied to at least 6 times. I'm furious!!

I placed my order on 12/11, for delivery by Christmas.I have not received my order nor any response from the company. I've asked for a refund
Order placed 12/11 for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. On 12/19 I received an email stating my order would not be delivered by Christmas however a few days afterwards. I responded the same date asking or a refund as these were Christmas gifts for my friends. No response. I followed up again on 12/25, Christmas for reply. No response within the 3 days they advise on their website. The customer service number was constantly busy. I contacted someone twice through the chat feature on the website who advised my order would be shipped the next week and refund would be issued for my shipping. This was over 2 weeks ago. Tuesday Jan 2 a rep over the phone stated my order was complete and waiting for shipping and I would be contacted by a rep within 24hrs with the tracking info. We ordered two wedding albums and both books arrived damaged. After being told that the replacements will be shipped, we received nothing for several weeks. After notifying customer support, we learned that PrinterPix didn't have any record of our complaint!

Do not do business with this company.
I purchased 3 vouchers for a great deal on greeting cards, to make New Years cards to send out SOON. I purchased on 1/3/2018, and was prepared to create 1 project for all 3 sets of greeting cards ordered (totaling 120 of the same card). When checking on shipping, I was going to be charged for 3 separate shipments of THE SAME GREETING CARD. Customer service was very slow to respond and didn't care much to help. I have never worked with a company that would combine multiple orders for 1 delivery. Nothing about this was disclosed anywhere on the voucher or the website.
When I created the project on the very basic, quite frustrating website, I ordered my first round with 1 voucher, but then my project was nowhere to be found, esp. in the PROJECT page. I ended up spending 3 hrs. between customer service and slow online chatting to get this all worked out and had to finish the 2 other projects a few days later. It has been 10 days since the first order, and I am still "being processed for production".
Their social media page is filled with frustrated, disappointed customers whose products are poor quality, delayed weeks and MONTHS after promised estimated delivery, or never delivered at all. Even other customer's products being sent to the wrong destination.
All this leads me to believe that this company doesn't understand how to run professionally, and with excellence.
