I am rejecting this response because:  On 2/2/16   Dooney withdrawn from my bank for the amount of 90.53.  Please Dooney stop lying and look further with your system.  If you look further in your system you will actually see how much money you've received verses the money you returned.  This is to much for me to handle and is stressing me so much that I have to deal with this.  Please look at closer into your system.  And also one of your Rep did clarify with me that you received more money and did indeed withdrawn the last payment. Please this is stressful enough and you're company is taking so much of my time and energy and the time for my children.  This is way too stressfulYou've issued a refund to me for the amount of 294.95 and you have received 385.03.  Please a multi billion company do your research and resolve this problem.  Thank you!

The credit was processed through paypal on 2/4.  72.68 transaction ID [redacted] .     Postage reimbursements are processed seperatlely.  Customer should receive postage reimbursement within 7-10 business days.

(Saying the credit was processd 1/10/17.So, 1st, it was done on the 4th, they told you it was the 6th and they emailed me after I posted complaint that it on done on the 10th.  Hello TanelleWe apologize for the inconvenience in this matter. Customer was called and a message was left informing her of the invoice update.

According to [redacted] the package was delivered. There is a sticker on the package signature required. We opened several investigations with [redacted] and all were denied. [redacted] claims they could not get in touch with the customer to discuss the claim. If [redacted] left the bag and denied the claim, the issue is...

with [redacted]. We are still offering the customer the trade in program which is half the current retail price to apply towards a new item of equal or greater value even though there is no bag to trade in.

Customer has been in contact with our customer service team since 1/19.  Customer spoke an associate today and was informed that he needed to provide us with a return tracking number .  As of today we do not show record of receiving the item.   Without proof of return we can not...

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customer.  Dooney & Bourke offers a 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects.  We issued a [redacted] return label which was sent to the customers email address.  The customer can print the return label and ship the item back to us....

 We will inspect the item and repair it free of charge.

The response seems to indicate that I will receive a replacement when they are in stock. If this is the case then I will accept. However, as indicated in my complaint, I have been told that I will get a replacement before, then that I would not by another associate. Does Dooney and Bourke have an idea as to when these will be back in stock to send me the replacement?

I am rejecting this response because the bag is DEFECTED! This company is lying about the bag not having defects! Thus the reason I desire a FULL REFUND for the purchase amount and returning the bag. A letter was NEVER sent to me! This was confirmed by several customer service reps and manager!I do not wish to purchase another bag from this company at any cost! I can't believe this company wants me to purchase another bag from them when they are giving me problems concerning a bag that is defected! This purchase was made with CASH, as mentioned before. Please REFUND the amount for the purchase price for the bag, and I will ship the bag once again. Trying to force me to pay more money into a company that could care less about its customers is crazy!

Customer service has spoken to the customer.  As of 3/8 paperwork was submitted to our credit department and customers credit has been issued.

The credit received is for the handbag.  Looking into all correspondence between the customer and our associates and Revdex.com, the customer indicates she returned 1 item.  Customers credit is for 1 item.  The 90.08 is for a different item.

I am rejecting this response because:  The two items that I have returned are received by your employee name Peter  Here's the tracking #  [redacted]  [redacted]  These are the tracking numbers for the handbag and for the wallet/clutch.   When are you going to give my money back and why do I have to go through these and keep wasting my time and my energy.  Again these issues  with Dooney and Bourke has been a stressful and draining my time and energy.  Please resolve these problems.  Unbelievable!!!  Just in case you did not know I have dropped these items through [redacted].   Please stop wasting our time.  Make these right.

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused to the customer.  The order received shows [redacted] which is black with tan trim.  The Black/Black is color code BB.  This item was on sale and is sold out and discontinued.  At the time a customer places an order we...

authorized the credit card.  We do not charge the card until the item is shipped.  For this reason we do a full credit full charge when an item is being exchanged.  This way if an item is on backorder the customer would not be charged for that item until it ships out. If the customer would like to return the item for a full refund, she can do so by requesting a return form on our website.  Customer will receive a prepaid label.
