I called Proskill at o'clock Saturday due to my air conditioner failure and they were out to the house at o'clock Albert, the technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and able to explain the air conditioner's problem Problem solved quickly with parts on board his truck Cost of the service was $less than I spent last ;year on the identical part and service for our second air conditioner with another well known valley wide companyr Albert evaluated our ducting system and made recommendations to make the system operate more efficiently We plan to call Proskill in October, when the attic is cooler, for the ducting upgrades All in all, I would say that an A plus rating is too low for both Proskill and Albert I plan moving all of our air/heating/plumbing work over to Proskill
