This was my second time to use Proskill to do a yearly R O water system check up and change out the filtersI was lucky enough to get Greg again for the appointmentHe is professional, was on time and answered my questions regarding the systemHe also gave me information on the type of tankless water I have and shared info on the brand used by this company He also wore the shoe covers in the house

Proskill came to check my hard water system, and efficiently serviced it as expected Greg chatted with me about my hot water heater, and I had forgotten that I had problems with a leak, and with draining it some time ago He very quickly explained it's age, and I was happy to get a replacement Greg was great in doing a difficult replacement, and I would recommend him highly to anyone

A+++++ as far as honesty, caring, and customer service They take pride in everything they do and provide a professional quality, honest work and service I loved that they give me a two hour window so I didn't waste my day waiting for a serviceman and they text before arriving with a picture of the technician who will be knocking at your door In today's world I think it is a great and thoughtful service Hunter, our technician was very polite and expertly went about doing the maintenance on our unit I feel he went above and beyond my expectations Needless to say I got a maintenance contract and plan on using ProSkill every season

We've been using ProSkills for maybeyears...maybe more...And we've never had a problem with their staff or things they've fixed I believe them You know, when you have techs come to your home and try to sell you a new cat cuz the old one isn't working??? Not them, I trust them and know they're not out for more commission...just honest clean reputable service
