This company is a fraud!!!!!!! Ordered 30 day free trial, got charged for 6 bottles, they refused to give my my 258 dollar refund!!!!!!!
I ordered a promo 30 day free trial bottle and they charged me 258 dollars for six bottles, I immediatley called them and they refused to cancel my order and refund my bottle, the customer service rep was very unproffessional!!!! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no!!!!!! The money they took was my families grocery money for the week!!!!!!!!! Now what are we going to do??????? It should be against the law what this company done!!!

Ordered 08/10/2020 I must have missed about amount when ordering because I thought they were taking $39.95 when I checked account they took $225
I called immediately and explained what I thought was to be taken and I'm on disability and can't afford $225. I need to cancel this and get my money back. They told me I couldn't do that I had to wait 60 days. I don't have 60 days I have bills to pay. If I knew u were taking $225 I would've never ordered. Nobody would help me. I never heard back til like 5 days later telling me I didn't qualify for a refund. And said they would give me $50 in 2-3 days but I have use there product for 60 dayd and then if not satified to call see if I can get a refund. By then I won't get full refund cuz I used their product. I told them I don't want it don't send cuz then it will cost more from me to send iy back. Well I recieved it 12 days later and I'm sending it back for my full refund. My bank filed a dispute but the company said if I do that I definately won't get a refund. That's rediculous if I send u used product back in same package I should get my refund. They tell me no.

I was going to order the product and filled out my information on their site. However, before submitting, I researched the product and decided not to purchase. I deleted all the on line information I had filled out on their form and closed the website. I thought it was over and done with. However, I am now getting daily multiple texts to my cell phone about completing my order. I have replied STOP in the ones that offer that option. I have Blocked out all the numbers. However, different unknown phone numbers keep popping up in my cell phone with text messages, which I immediately block. How do I get them to NOT send messages to my phone?
I have checked my credit card account and do not have any charges. However, after reading the below complaints, I will cancel that card and have a new number issued.

I called in July and spoke with customer service and Canceled any Future Orders.
I was told that it was taking care and Not Be Charged Again!
This has been charged to my credit card anyway after I had already Canceled any Future Orders!

Was not shark tank product. Credit union Visa card charged not one time but monthly since February 2020. Billed from Brigham City. UT.
Ordered product thought was Shark Tank product. Was not. Instead of one time chage have been chaged monthly for 2 products since February 2020. When product came up as ad on phone, after ordering was not given confirm number or invoice. Nor was there anything in box with product. Just want monthly payments for these products to end.

Notified them by phone message, no response and by email, no response. I wrote to Consumer site who promotes Keto Fit accusing them of Fraud, next day July 3 my call was answered. Offered a credit of $69, I responded I wanted full refund but got nowhere. I am going to return first shipment That totaled $234 less my return shipping. Unfortunately on 7/3/20 they charged and shipped more product. Called again today, noticed another $34 charge by them yesterday, they said I would be credited that amount after I threatened to report them of fraud.
I have no faith I will ever receive a credit for total amount charged on my debit card.

I was supposed to have a grace period of 14 days before I was charged the $89.99.They took the cash out before the 7 days was up.I would like a refund
Keto was supposed to give a free trial of 14 days, instead they took 89.99 out before the week was up. I called & they said that the 14 day started when it was shipped. This is false advertizement on their part & the product hasn't even worked for me. I would like a refund for the 89.99. I don't believe that it was fair on their part & they should fix their advertising.

I agree with all comments below. What is the point of notifying the Revdex.com if they continue with this scam. Your system forced me to select a rating. 1is over rating them.

Advertisement on FB was buy 2, get 3 free at a "special discount price" but was charged $149.91, then on the same day, they apparently charged me another $34.98 for no reason, and charged me $34.98 again on June 24th. I went to this so called website we supposedly "agreed to" upon purchase, which was not in the initial advertisement by the way. The website is supposedly called *** Club but there's no information about said "club" on the webpage and I was never sent any sort of login information. There's not even any contact information on the site. Looks like I've been scammed. I want my money back.

I ordered buy 2 get one free for 69.95. They billed my card for 119.05, 34.98 and 34.98 again. Bank said it is on auto pay to which I did not agree
I ordered Keto Fit diet pills, buy 2 bottles get one free, for 69.95 in mid May from an Instagram ad. My credit card was charged 119.95 and 34.98. Three weeks later I still had not received the product. I tried to contact them through the Instagram ad to complain that they overcharged me and was told that I was going to receive a Booster product that I did not order. I asked them to cancel everything but they said I could not do that until I received the package. I needed to allow more time for delivery. I finally received the package in mid June. I then noticed they charged my card again. When I contacted the bank I learned that they put an automatic refill order on my credit card. This also is something I did not authorize.

I have called , emailed and get very vague if any calls or emails back.
I purchased the bottles on a buy 2 get 3 free. With the product saying customer satisfied if it your not happy return used and unused bottles, so I tried the product for 4 weeks did not see any changes so I first called and got a phone call at 1 am leaving no message. I then returned the call no response so then I went to email and they responded two weeks saying they can't find my order if I could provide more information so I did and have not heard anything back. I bought this product the end of May 2020.

I did not confirm my order (buy 2 get 1 free) was charged. Only received 1 bottle. Contacted via phone. Was told it would be fixed. Now # disco.
Purchase date 5/28/2020. Received 1 bottle 6/9/2020... called them 6/12/2020. Was told would be corrected 3-5 business days. Waited until 6/19/2020 to reach back out to them and # disconnected. Have email 5 times and still no response.

I believe they are out of Arizona, this company charged me 198.70 for 5 bottles of the product. I ordered it on June 6, 2020 and now it is June 20

They took 198.70 out of my checking account, I did not receive any product, I have emailed them three times asking for my money back and have not got one reply back. I want my money back from them.

I ordered on 6/4/20 and was told would arrive in 2-5 days. Money has been taken out of my account. I have received no delivery.

I had placed my order back on may 12, 2020. It's already been a month and still no product. I have called several times and they claimed the product has been shipped. It's been more than a month ago and still nothing. All I want is to get my money back. I have ordered several stuff through other websites and o have never had a delay issue. After a month I have tried calling the number they sent on the email and get a dead tone. To be honest I think I've been scammed out of my money. on June 4th I clicked on a link in a text message that I got for a free trial of keto pills. when I opened the link it was not a free trial it was free shipping and handling but the deal was supposed to be buy three bottles and get two free at 3999 a bottle. so I clicked to buy three bottles and get two free but then change my mind and backed out and then an extra 25% off to keep me as a purchaser was included making it 2999 a bottle, so paying $30 for three bottles but getting five bottles for under $100 seemed good enough of a deal for me, so I accepted. I put in my information and received a verification email and then got another verification email for something that I didn't agree to. after checking my credit card I have three charges, 1st 154.94 for the pills, then 2nd ,34.98 for some booster pill then 3rd 1.99 for I don't even know what. I tried emailing customer service multiple times that have gotten no response, and arrival time said 3 to 5 business days which I assume today would be 5, but no pills still.
