Unauthorized Charges To my Credit Card Account Unauthorized charges from UltrFast Keto Boost showed up on my account. Paid shipping and handling
Paid 89.95 initially. cancelled and sent package back stating I did not order. Returned to sender. I had called and cancelled and then was charged again for $94.90.

After nearly 3 months I have recieved no refund for a delivery I refused. It was returned by royal mail to sender 2 days after receiving it at my requ
I was quoted £25.50 for a product and actually charged £166. I cancelled the order minutes later but was told it was too late. My bank also tried to stop the transaction but it had been activated. When the parcel arrive I refused delivery and royal mail returned to sender. Although throughout 29 emails I have been assured that I will have a refund soon as they could see the delivery had been declined and parcel returned I have recieved nothing. I am devastated by the whole experience and wonder however can a different amount bd taken without my permission. I am really in need of my money back but am getting no joy.

Charged for another order never placed. Phoned customer service they told me in an ll e to cancel 10 min after.
I purchased the 3 trial amp I nd at $29 plus o said yes to the bonus products for $19.95. When I checked my account they had taken two transactions one was correct the other was $288. I phoned the customer service straight away I said I wanted to cancel what ever the order was they told me it was too late buy it was 10 minutes after my order. They told me it was processed. I want them to cancel both my orders now and refund all money really this company is a big scam. Plus looking at the receipt it also is deceiving $29.95 but it says for 5.

I've asked for a refund but the company keeps saying it's in the returns dept, and it has been since the the end of July !

I didn't subscribe to anything just ordered what was supposed to cost $9.99.. I can't afford to keep being charged $89 for nothing . I haven't received anything or any additional pills what so ever..... I seriously need help retrieving my money they are stealing from me .. please if you can do anything to help.?

In August I was charged 353.08 on my credit card from ketopure. I called the company and told them I didn't order this stuff.
In August I received charges on my credit card from KETO pure. I never ordered this product but some how they got all my information and sent me 9 bottles of diet pills. They changed the number in my email address so I wouldn't get any email confirmation. After calling them and arguing with them I turned the product which they received on aug28th. After 70ish emails and countless phone calls I've gotten a partial payment. They still owe me 219.19. I am tired of fighting with them. My id# with the company is 9536055. My iPads history has been checked and there is no ketopure on the history anywhere. This is a total scam

Shark tank web site then it went somewhere else cause my bottle is not the same as shown on Shark tank.... Side affect. I thought I was having a heart attack. Hubby called 911 and EMS came. It was terrible!!!! I was also charged TONS more money then was told it would be. They charged my debit card twice. Once for $59.85 then for $198.70. Total $258.44. For something that was suppose to be for about $50. I called the 800 number and of course it was over seas somewhere. I am so mad! Lost couple pounds, then after couple weeks gained lots back that I had worked so hard past several months on my own. What scam.

False advertising of sample product
I order a free same of keto weight loss pills. according to the advertisement all I had to pay was $4.95 in shipping. This company sent me 2 bottles of pills not the one I ordered and charged me $ 94.87 & $89.87 = $184.74 that I did not authorize. When I called them they said I agreed to a 30 trial and after 14 days if I did not cancel it would charge me the monthly subscription. I explained to her that I did not order a free trail it said sample. They would not refund me my money back. No where in the advertisement did it say 30 day trial. This is a scam and this company is ripping me off.

I ordered ONE bottle of this Keto suppliment which was suppose to charge me 19.99 plus shipping and this Ultra Fast Keto Boost charged me 200.00.
I ordered only one bottle of this Keto supplement from this company Ultra Fast Keto Boost
1-888-970-0686, and they charged my card 200.00, when I noticed it, I called them to try to get a refund when they told me they ship the same day, so I would have to wait to get the product first then send it back, plus 5.00 per bottle for a restocking fee plus shipping. I called them once I received the product and now they're saying they cannot refund me, then another person I spoke with said they could only up to 45 % of the 200.00 they charged me. Every time I call there are NO supervisors, NO corporate number and no explanations.

I ordered and was charged for 8 bottles and only received 6 bottles.

On Oct 1 I received 5 bottles-unordered of UltraFast KetoBoost. They hit may card for almost $200 but had wrong email and phone number of mine...but mailed it to my house. I called to inquire and the rep keeps trying to get me to keep these and giving me discounts etc....seems like a complete sham! They some how got my card (since canceled) and bill me then try to convince me to keep items. I told them I am happy to return but he refused to give me a label-then he gives me an address and a RMA (?) number and tells me to just go to post office and mail -I saud will I have to pay to send back-he says just go mailshiester!
I am calling my bank as well but this is a scam!

Followed refund policy as stated, they received product sept 3 . Have not received my refund. I have contacted them multiple times and just get nothin
Purchased 5 bottles of keto. I was unable to use them after not having good side effects. Contacted them regarding refund. They gave me a return code address and instructions. I copied all and followed each perfectly. Mailed package at the end of August. ( this was a tracked package I paid extra to have it tracked ) they received it on September 3. As per their policy and procedures it will take 10-14 working days to receive my refund. That has come and gone.

I have now spoken to "two so called managers " who use the same language of we have expedited your refund.
When I asked to speak to that department they stated that department does not have phones. ( okay right)
In 2019 a refund department doesn't have a phone or a manger cannot make decisions. I have copies of all emails and tracking, conversations with employees and managers

They owe me $231 CAN dollars as per their policy

Same problem as the others... I ordered the product thinking the price was under $100 but was charged nearly$400. I did eventually get the product, but now I don't trust it and do t want to use it... lesson learned..

Unauthorized charges from Ultra Fast Keto Boost showed up on our bank for $150.00 We never ordered anything from them. And don't even know how they got our card numbers or account information. Not much information on this scam online.

I was charged and supplied with Purefit Keto, which I had not ordered.
I initially ordered Purefit Keto weight loss tablets as a one off order. I have since received two further supplies of tablets, the last being on the 5th September2019. I did not order these last two orders, the cost of which has been taken from account. I have attempted to telephone this company, but the number given in their e mail is not listed.

I was charged 89.95 unauthorized from this company after I paid the 4.95 for 2 bottles. After I paid the 10.00 a month later they charged my card89.95
Well I actually don't have my bill of sales receipt anymore. After I finally received it I threw the receipt away. But they charged my *** debit card 89.95 a month later without authentication after I had already paid them the 10.00 for the product.
