I was charged $89.95 twice (179.90 total) for products /services I never agreed to buy nor received. I agreed to pay $9.90 for a one time purchase.
*** on 11/17/19 for $9.90 which I placed.
They charged me 89.95 twice on 12/2/19 which I did not sign up for nor did I receive any products or services for. They claim I signed up for auto ship (I read all the fine print when I made the purchase for $9.90 and nothing about auto ship or future charges). They never shipped any product anyhow.

I would like a refund for the $179.90 that they stole from me.

Scammed my wife with buy 3 get 2 free , then charged her for all 5 bottles. When I called , they refused to cancel this order , hung up on me 4 times.

My wife saw this internet ad and decided to order this product, when she told me about I did some research on the company and realized she had been taken advantage of. She ordered buy 3 bottles get 2 free at 33$ , she was charged for 5 bottles at 33$ dollars. When I called to cancel this order, I was told we could not cancel and was given 2 options, 1 was a 35% refund, the other was to wait until the products shipped and we received them , then we would have to return them , we would have to pay for the shipping and handling of course , with no timetable on getting a refund. I explained to them, that wasn't going to work for me, I was hung up on 8 times . By my 9th call I guess they figured I wasn't going away quietly. They said they would issue a full refund in 5 to 7 days. These people need to be put out of business. We will see if we ever get our money back. Hope you can help. Thanks

They continue to charge my credit card each month and send me Keto Advanced weight loss tablet/capsules that I do not want and I want to cancel them.
I have been unable to cancel the Keto Advanced Weight Loss tablets/capsules that continually arrive from a warehouse fulfillment center at P.O. Box 1079, Pleasant Grove UT 84062

Complete scam..so disgusted..by the looks of the other posts, I will not be able to get money back..so I am going to throw the product away, and take my lesson...

I ordered platinum fit keto for just under 5.00. Then was charged 89.00 and some change a few weeks later. I called right away. Of course I was told that "agreed to it by checking a box when I checked out" no they would not give me my money back" now I dont even trust taking the supplement.

They do not make it clear that you will be charged any amount after 14 days. Just pay trial amount of shipping costs. No results from pills. Scam.

I ordered a sample of Keto Fit. The website was confusing! Charged me 200.00!
On 11/27 I ordered Keto Fit. It was supposed to be a 30.00 charge. For a Sample bottle! They sent me 5 bottles for 200.00! When I ordered online there was no confirmation of a price nor what I would be receiving! When I called them after receiving product and my card being charged 200.00. I told them I wanted a full refund and I would return product. They said they could not help me No refund They said it was a promotional offer and they hung up on me!

I received a package from this company that I did not order and was charged for it.
I received a package from this company that I did not order. I looked in my emails and found a shipping notification but no order confirmation. The packing ship did not include a dollar amount. I started looking through my accounts and called the fraud department for my credit card. I have disputed the charge. They provided me with a phone number for the company and I reached a voicemail account that did not state the business name and had a full in box.

I have contacted my credit card to deal with the charges and to issue a new card. I would like this company to be shut down and for this information to be out there in case other people are put in the same situation.

I placed an order on-line September 2019. I was charged a significant higher amount than what was posted in the ad. I immediately called, was told I couldn't cancel because my order had already been released, in the less than 4 minutes from placing the order to calling the company. Very efficient! The order arrived about 2 wks later. I tried for a month, and wrote back I wasn't satisfied and wanted a refund. I was told to be patient, I would see results soon. I wrote back a number of times after, and finally insisted I wanted to exercise my right to return. They sent the info how to return, including RMA #'s. I return in October and received confirmation by the post office, the package was received. To date, I have not received my refund. Each time I contact this company, I'm told they are behind in the receiving department and to be patient. My last email to them, this wk, November 29th, was advising I have read this website, and would be escalating my complaint. I've had no response from this company after sending 2 emails this week. BUYER BEWARE!!! This is a scam. You will be out far more money than you think when you order on-line, the product does not work, and you will not be refunded. I plan to post this on every website I can find that has any links to this company. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Emailed Sept 28 informing that tracked return package had arrived at their Returns & Receiving Depot in Denver on Sept 24 at 10.42 am and requesting when refund could be expected.
Emailed Sept 29 to Gemma attaching proof of mailing and delivery
Received Sept 29 from Naifah confirmation and standard auto reply about return being processed.
Emailed Oct 25 again requesting refund
Received email Oct 25 saying request has been updated
Emailed Nov 12 ordering refund to be returned to my card
Received email Nov 12 from Paulo stating that they have escalated my concern.
Called Customer support Nov 26 ordereing an immediate refund . Person I think was called Mary, claimed to be an executive assistant, informed me that I could not speak to anyone in the processing dept. and that a refund will be processed "sometime soon". Was rude when I asked for a more precise time such as 2 days, a week Put the phone down on me when I said I was going to report them to Marketplace and Revdex.com

Fraudulent order was placed using my credit card and the company refused to refund the order minutes after I got the alert it was placed. Then 2 days later I called again because a manager was supposed to call me back, surprise, they didn't. The best they offered was a 25% refund unless I paid to ship the supplement back (wasn't even going to the right address), paid a re-stocking fee, and then still only would receive 45% of my money back. Luckily it was a credit card that was used, so my CC company was able to cancel my card and will be reversing the charges.

Saw an add on Instagram for KetoFit. The order placed before I had a chance to review. Never rcvd confirmation email. Cannot contact them to cancel.
On 11/15/19 I saw an add on Instagram for KetoFit. It said this product had been on Shark Tank and was used by many celebrities. I was reviewing the various options - ie. 1 bottle deal, the 2 bottle deal, etc. I hadn't even determined which option when the order placed. I had no idea what amount was ordered. It said I'd receive a confirmation e-mail with details. An e-mail never came for me to see what the order was. I called my bank who said $198.70 hit my account. The bank gave me a phone # that showed on the charge. The phone # was XXX-XXX-XXXX. I called and its not a working number. I had the bank cancel my debit card. I also had them file a fraud complaint. I then read up on this product and learned it is a complete scam! It was not on Shark Tank and the celebrities never endorsed it. In addition, I learned that many online marketers sell the supplements via dropshipping. The keto pill has many different names. And it doesn't really work.
As I cannot contact the seller, since I did not receive a confirmation e-mail and their telephone # is not a real number, I feel I've been totally scammed. I probably won't even receive the product. If I do, I will return it.
However, I really want my $198.70 back. I would NEVER spend that amount on a diet supplement. I am hopeful my bank is able to get back my money. However, if they can't, I would like the Revdex.com to get involved. This false advertising is likely hurting many more people.

Hello. I wanted to let you know that I finally did receive a partial refund from KetoFit. I am satisfied with the outcome. I have learned my lesson and will not impulse buy products until I've done some research on them first.

They do not tell you you need to cancel when you buy a trial offer and no contact information in package
They didn't give me any information in my order and they automatically charged my visa debit card without telling me and my bank gave me their phone number and I cannot get my money back for something I didn't agree to. I never would have tried their sample had I known they didn't even have the right email they said it's ***@ail.com

Over charged for an item I tried to cancel within 1/2 hour, returned unopened and still no refund, partial refund given only.
I sent an order for Keto( 2nd June 2019), advertised at 3 bottles + 3 free @ $19.80, which makes the total $59.40. I checked my bank straight away and had the amounts of £159.20, £47.64 and £1.55 taken out. I called them right away to cancel the order and to refund my money and was told that the order was already being processed. Having e mailed them I eventaully got a refund $100 which was £79.61 returned into my account. I told them I didnt want their product and they still sent it out. It arrived 27.06.19 and I was expected to pay a customs fee of £55.76, I did not accept the package and it would be held for 18 days then returned to sender. I have e mailed them constantly for them to keep telling me that as soon as their fulfillment center has received the package, they will issue a refund. They said it hadnt been received yet and on other occasions the fulfillment center is extremely busy. I am not too sure of the laws over with you regarding this but I cannot let this go on any longer as this has been 6 months. The order number is XXXXXXX and they are also claiming 50% has been refunded to me when I have only received £79.61 (they say $100) the total charged was $259.84.

Each call I make to X-XXX-XXX-XXXX is directed to the Philippines call centre who tell me that a refund is forthcoming. They also advise that the company has no corporate US office yet my returns were sent back and received by Nutragenic Health at XXXXX E *** Avenue Unit - Denver, CO XXXXXX. How is it that the returns department is in the USA?

I called Peter agent *** at Nurtrigenic Health - November 12, 2019.
He advised me that he would need to send my request to "upper management" and that could take 24-48 hours!

How can this company scam so many people?
I will be contacting Shark Tank next to obtain the information that I need to get my refund back! I understand that Shark Tank endorsed this company - shame on them!

I was charged $180 on October 2, 2019 even after I called and cancelled my subscription.
On October2, 2019 I noticed two charges for 89.95 x2. I immediately called the company to find out why this was. I was told that my 14 trial period was up and that is why I was being charged. At that moment I requested that my account be cancelled. My account was cancelled and I emailed a confirmation email showing that it had been. While today is November 6, 2019 and I still have not received my money back. I contacted the customer service department on November 4, 2019 to be told that my account was closed and if I reversed the charges that it would go to collections. When I asked if you took my money why did I not get what you charged me for, I received no response.
