Improper amount charged to credit card.
I ordered from this company in the middle of the night. The order was for 3 bottles of a supplement at $29.99 each, and then you would receive 2 free bottles. After I ordered I got an email with the order details, however, it showed nothing about the price they were charging me, so I emailed them back asking why. They replied saying the order was made and shipped (in the middle of the night??) I went to look at my credit card website and they had charged me $198! No response to my reply to them. I found their phone number on this site, and just called to cancel the order. They tried to explain away why I was charged so much, and I flat out told them I want a refund, and then they tried to tell me I could only get a portion ($124). At this point, I was highly irate and told them if I didn't get a full refund, I was going to report them to the FBI. They quickly changed their tune at hearing that. I have received two emails from then since my phone call. One email stated that I was being refunded, and the other stating that my order was cancelled. I guess we'll see what happens, but to everyone, stay away from them! If you already ordered from them, get on the phone and make them give you a full refund!

Advertisement was 4 free bottle vitamin, charges should have been shipping/handling only. They sent 5 bottles and charged $198. No refund given.
They advertised a free bottle of product. Only charges should have been shipping and handling. They then sent 5 bottles of product and charged 198.00. No offer of full refund was offered. They tried to offer me a partial refund if I kept the product. I know I clicked on the free bottle when I ordered from the website.

Fraudulent overcharge - ordered 1 container on trial invoiced for 4 at full price
Accepted offer of money back 30 day guarantee for 1 trial container of Purefit Keto pills.Received e-mail confirmation that goods would be "rushed". When I examined my *** the same day a charge of $266.65 was reflected. I immediately contacted the company by telephone with a request for them to immediately cancel the order and reverse charge. I was told that was not possible and I needed to return the product when it arrived. I advised them that I wished to have nothing further to do with them and would contact *** to cancel charge. Forthwith contacted *** with request to reverse charge and advised them of the details of the transaction. They stated that they could not reverse the charge until I had returned the goods and the vendor did not respond to reversal of the charge.
I have been monitoring the delivery of the goods ever since Nov 2nd. Tracking information *** Tracking Tracking*** reflected delivery effected 8:31 AM today. We were home at that time and did not receive any indication of a delivery. No door bell and no slip and no goods we would not accept and have returned.

Tried to cancel order within minutes of placing. Would not cancel. Began to offer all kinds of deals excluding cancelling order.
They sent me an email impersonating my friend recommending product. As soon as ordered attempted to contact friend. Was not their email. Verified via text to friend. Realized was a scam. Immediately returned email cancelling order. They wrote back saying it was too late; order had already been placed and could not be cancelled. (No way possible; was late at night.) Kept presenting me with offers of cut rate deals; never cancelling. I told them I was reporting this. They claim the Shark TV show all bought into it. Don't think so. False advertising. I told them I did not want the product but did need my money refunded. They had already put it through. I could return the product (198.00) and they would refund $100.00!!!! I did not want the product. I only want my money back. Anyone should be able to cancel an order that quickly.

I ordered the buy two get one free @ 33.33 per bottle which should of been 66.66 plus free shipping. I was charged 129.00 on my CC plus an international charge of 2.58. There was no itemization in the email confirmation nothing in the packaging when the shipment came. I got a call from my CC company the next day from the fraud unit as they thought this was suspicious because the charge was from Great Britian. Also on the bottles in the shipment it really tells you nothing on the ingredients that are in the pills. I called the number on the email confirmation and got no where and emailing does nothing either. I am making a dispute with my CC company and they suggested I cancel my CC due to me probably being signed up for a monthly system. Please DO NOT BUY from this company as it is a total scam.

which I ordered August 2018 & received in September 2018

The company advertised buy 3 bottles receive 2 bottles free at $29.96 each with free shipping and then charged my Chase Southwest visa $198
When I called them they informed me they could not refund the entire amount, only $50.00.

Today 9/19/2018 There was another charge of $119 to my Union Bank Visa - I called the number and there was a recording that they are too busy to answer. Ph# XXX-XXX-XXXX So, I called my bank and cancelled my visa card. But now I am still concerned about my Chase Southwest card with more Keto charges. I cannot cancel my Southwest card because I am still paying down a balance.

Product was misrepresented.Dosage was only half of what was stated on their website. Paid for 30 @ 800mg and received 30 @ 400mg.
Purchased on August 28th, 2018. Order ID is: 8f8fe8ac93-5b833a-c95eXXXX-XXXXXXXX. They misrepresented by saying it was featured on Shark Tank. It was not. Their website shows bottles of Keto with 30 pills at 800mg. I received bottles marked 30 @ 400mg. They will not give a refund even though their site says 100% money back guarantee. Instead they offer you a price reduction so you can stay enrolled in their monthly refill program which was never disclosed during the order process.

I was over charged $58.00
On August 24th at 9:01 PM I ordered the buy 3 get 2 free of Purefit Keto. It wouldn't show me the amount until after I gave credit card info. I could not change anything after that was done. I have not received any confirmation, tracking info or anything since the 24th, except an order number and them thanking me for my purchase.

I have tried calling them several times and have emailed them twice with no response. My wife called them last night 8-29 and the man said that offer expired last week and is not available! So we went on there site and it is stil there (buy 3 get 2 free). He gave some story about being charged the $148, which still does not add up. I asked to have the difference refunded and he said he cannot do that and that someone would call me today...and I stil have not received a call back! Before I hung up he told me I would receive the order Saturday morning between 10-11:00AM.
I did tell him the offer is still on there site and its false advertisement and I wanted the difference back immediately. I also said that if nobody contacted me today that I would be filing this complaint!!

I ordered the 2 bottles plus 1 free. Supposed to be $66.66. Email confirmation gave no information on what I ordered or the amount. Checked my credit card and saw they charged me $130.03 (free shipping and they never showed me tax). Emailed them and heard nothing. Called them and they told me I enrolled in their automatic shipment program which I did not.

I'm supposed to get a refund but I do not trust it. Their business practices are totally unacceptable.

This company is in 100% willful violation of US can spam laws. They are spamming my email account with fake supplement offers. I have called them demanding they stop, I have unsubscribed over and over and over. Yet they refuse to stop spamming my email with fake scam keto supplements. I have never in any way opted in or given them permission to send me emails. They have either purchased or data mined emails with the intent on mass spamming unsolicited email accounts or they are using a 3rd party to do it on their behalf. If they are using a 3rd party per the FTC they are legally obligated to control them as far as following US can spam laws see: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/can-spam-act-compliance...⇄ which states, "Monitor what others are doing on your behalf. The law makes clear that even if you hire another company to handle your email marketing, you can't contract away your legal responsibility to comply with the law. Both the company whose product is promoted in the message and the company that actually sends the message may be held legally responsible."

(1) the $ charged to my credit card was not what was advertised. (2) The ingredients on bottle do not match item descr. (3) cannot reach customer svc.
Ordered on 8/17/18 and arrived on 8/22. I never got an email confirmation and the package did not contain any product return information. The charge on my credit card was inaccurate, so I was hoping to find an itemized bill. This was not present. I looked at the ingredients listed on the bottle and it varied significantly from what was listed on the website. I began to think they had sent the wrong product. So I went online to find a number for customer service so I could pose all of my questions. I did find what I thought was a "contact us" option, so I sent a message to say that I would like to have some return information (thinking I have the wrong product and I did not open the bottles). I sent the message on 8/23 and so far have not received a response. There was a 1-888 number on the bottles, so I called that and did not get an answer. I believe this is a scam, between the way the website works, their lack of confirmation, lack of return info, lack of billing information and inability to contact a customer service rep. I would hope this could be investigated.

Called to cancel the items (the same day I ordered) no explanation of why I was charged for the full price, when advertised that it was 29.99 a bottle. Customer Service tried to talk into 55% discount then 65% percent then 75% discount, until I became upset and yelled that I did not want any of the products.

I keep getting these ads by e-mail and there is no way to stop it. None of their ads give you a choice to unsubscribe and their "Contact Us" tab does not work. When you fill out the form and click "SEND", nothing happens.

I am sick of these e-mails and want the to stop.

Somehow these e-mails are sent to my daughters email address and then forwarded to my. My daughter said she is not forwarding them to me.

I just want them to STOP

This product uses the recommendation of the Shark Tank t v show with statements like " the only product all investors bought into" giving credibility to the product. I am 77 years old and don't fall for all the scams, but this one caught my attention due to the celebrities endorsement. After 1 month of a 3 month supply, I am not surprised that the product doesn't work for me. My complaint is the notice that they were sending me a supplemental product at an additional cost of $69 if I didn't cancel within 24 hours. I called to cancel and was first offered a 50% discount and then a 75% discount. An obvious lead in to send automatic renewals which is a too frequent scam used by legitimate and illegitimate companies alike. In addition, I am receiving numerous promotional e mails a day and when I attempt to unsubscribe, all are unsuccessful. This is the first complaint I have ever filed but I feel the promotion of this product is misleading and if the Shark Tank stars are participating in the sale of this product, they have damaged their credibility.

I placed a one time order and the company is billing me 69.85/month. I tried to contact PureFit Keto, but did not hear back from them. They do not have a phone number. The only way to contact them is to fill out an online form.

I accidentally ordered 5 bottles instead of 1 bottle. Within 2 minutes I realized this and sent an email to cancel the order and not to ship it. They shipped it anyways and will only give me a partial credit due to stocking fees. This is unethical and not of integrity. All I have to say is KARMA.

I ordered Purefit Keto and did receive a confirmation email that instructions would come with order. I received the order which did not have any paperwork with it, just the bottles. So I called the number XXX-XXX-XXXX, on the bottle, and got no where! The website was hard to find too, which also does not have any contact information on it! I will not be taking this pill that I paid for because Now I believe it is a scam. A company should be easy to get a hold of to provide customer support if they are legitimate. Also, this was advertised "as seen on shark tank"; which I could not find that episode.

When I called them they informed me they could not refund me as they were about to ship the product out. That I would now have to wait for them to ship me the product, and then return it on my dime. It's false advertising.

purchase date 6/11/18 generated based on an email scam using a relative's name. Relative says she knew nothing about it.
