Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me ONLY IF they actually test the heating of the oven for convection bakingMy testing of the oven has shown faulty design and failure to reach baking temperatures Repeatedly I have asked them to test Customer Service has never complied, just kept sending me another faulty oven, certainly indicating they cannot repair it on the repair benchIf that goes on, I would end up with oven #which would not bake and would have no warranty Sincerely, [redacted]

All we were asking for was the Model No: of the Food Processor. Customer Service advises that the blade is being shipped within the next seven days.

The complaint is now being handled by the Legal Department and we do not have all of the same information as do the Customer Service Representatives. It would have been nice to receive the consumer's model number. However, a replacement blade has been ordered and will be shipped within the next seven (7) days.

Return postage will be sent to the consumer When the hair dryer is received it will be evaluated by our Engineering Department and we will advise the consumer of our findings The Use and Care Instruction Booklet which accompanies the appliance specifically warns the user against leaving the hair dryer plugged in and unattended

As previously advised, a replacement blade will be forwarded to the consumer as soon as they are available

Cuisinart Customer Service has no record of this order Perhaps the consumer purchased the parts from another entity that sells Cuisinart parts such as [redacted] The consumer needs to contact the entity he purchased from

Our records reflect that a UPS Call Tag was issued for the incorrect blade which has not been received When did the consumer return the incorrect blade?

We do not warranty our knives against "rust" which can be removed using lemon juice or a rust remover such as Barkeepers Polish On a one time only basis, we will replace the knives for the consumer Return postage will be sent for returning them New knives will be sent upon receipt

I have personally contacted Mr [redacted] to discuss this matter We will be forwarding return postage to him to submit the Facial Steamer for our evaluation and replacement I have provided him with my contact information
