We advised Mr*** that we would make an exception to his not submitting the product and would replace it for him when we were in receipt of a copy of the purchase receipt. Unfortunately he does not have one therefore we are unable to help him and provide a replacement clipper

The Legal Department has no previous knowledge of this matter. A claim will be initiated and return postage and a questionnaire form will be sent to the consumer at the address advised. When the appliance has been received and evaluated contact will be made again with *** ***

Please advise the consumer that we forwarded to her on June 2, our return postage and questionnaire form. We asked her to forward the stock pot to us for our evaluation. To date we have not had any response
