We are unable to advise when the consumer will receive her replacement blade.  Currently we do not have any inventory.  We are facing a massive recall of the blades and are doing everything we can to get replacement blades to consumers as soon as possible.

[redacted]:  Thank you for your help.  I see your latest Revdex.com message and that ConAir is replacing the defective unit at no charge. We will wait and see if this happens or is just one more example of poor service.  I will let you know if the replacement arrives in one week – that should be adequate time. [redacted]

A replacement carafe has been ordered for the consumer.

Consumer was contacted by telephone this morning.  We will be ordering a refund check of $34.00 for her.

We have exchanged emails with the consumer who provides a Model No. that is not a Cuisinart Model Number.  A return shipping label has been sent to the consumer to submit his coffee maker and he was advised that if his coffee maker is a Cuisinart product it will be replaced.  Obviously if...

it is not our product we will be returning it to him.

In order to facilitate the consumer's request, it would be helpful to know the Model No. as I do not have access at this time to Customer Service data.  Thank you.

Please have consumer advise the Model No. of his food processor.

If not already sent, a replacement blade will be sent within seven (7) days.

I am rejecting this response because:Did the reference number from your files work to simply see what model I reported back in Dec??? "All you are asking for is the model number".  Please note I have had my cuisinart PACKED UP IN STORAGE SINCE YOU SAID NOT TO USE IT -- SINCE DECEMBER 2016.   So I drove to the storage, opened the box to give you the information you already have.  This has been a horrific experience.   The number on the bottom of my cuisinart is DFP 14 cup 148 CN.
