Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It's ridiculous that they need the make and model number when I've provided my service notification numberThis number, again, [redacted] If they are not able to locate this request, first submitted in December of last year, then I'm assuming they have no intention of replacing the defective blade on my processorIs this the case? Please extend our apologies to the consumer regarding the tardiness of the postage refund I have arranged for the check to be issued immediately

Our previous response on this matter was that we are willing to send return postage to the consumer When the hair dryer is received it will be evaluated by our Engineering Department This model hair dryer has not been manufactured since the 1990's

We have been in touch with the consumer and have advised him we still do not have inventory of his model appliance He was given a choice to choose an upgraded model which he has and the replacement will be sent to him

We have contacted Miss *** via electronic communication to advise her we are engaging *** *** *** to retrieve her coffee maker at our expense. When the coffee maker and a copy of the purchase receipt are received we will issue a refund to her as she has asked

A return shipping label will be sent to the consumer by the Legal Department and a refund check will be ordered for her. Upon receipt of the damaged grill pan the refund check will be forwarded to her

An electronic communication has been sent to Mr*** advising him that we are sorry to hear that he has discarded his hair clipper. It is our protocol to obtain the appliance from the consumer prior to replacing it. We have offered to replace the hair clipper if Mr*** submits a
copy of the purchase reeipt

*** *** While I consider this issue resolved, I am still frustrated with the way this recall has been handledIt is sad that I had to contact the Revdex.com before a replacement blade was sentAlmost months is not an acceptable amount of time to receive the replacement bladeI am very unlikely to purchase another Cuisinart product after thisThank you for resolving this issue

We do not understand why our response was rejected. We asked for the Model No. That is not a basis for rejection. Thank you for providing us with the requested information. A replacement blade will be shipped next week
