Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The original video advertising inaccurate information as to gram weight remained on the website right up until the evening of May 4th CLEARLY advertising the bracelet at grams of gold It wasn't changed to provide accurate information even when they were alerted to that fact That is advertising,misrepresentation and certainly misleading to consumers They posted a new video on May 4th which doesn't state gram weight This is obviously a move to cover the very poor quality of the product that was sold Please read the reviews of the items in question I will never trust QVC in the same way and I certainly WILL NOT be spending my hard earned money on any precious metals sold by them This is unacceptable to do to loyal customersRegards, [redacted]

They showed a product made byIT Cosmetics Super Size Celebration Foundation$On the tv they showed several models with skin problems on there faces and you watch the product being applied and all flaws were gone quickly I tried it several times, light powder that flew into the airIt covered nothing? I now went into the reviewsA lot wrote of the same problemHow can it work on air and not at homeGuess they figure lot will not return it I called them , no help on applying it

QVC is very vindictive and ruthlessThey have closed my account making it hard for me to make my paymentsThey accused me of doing a charge back but I didn't request a charge backI will never use them again since they told me I can't purchase anything from them anymoreWhich is this is not my fault for the account closure, making it hard for me to update my credit card for them to process paymentsI will pay what I own for my order but I will never use them again
