We are sorry to hear that you feel your son's experience was less than satisfactory, and wish the issues had been brought to our attention during/after the program so that we could assist in addressing them(according to our notes, he left on the third day, July 10, due to extreme
homesickness)As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer a refund for the unused days of the program, July 10-July 13, which equals $1530. I am rejecting this response because:If there was a blanket response and follow through aboout not issuing the refund of the amount I could understand, However, looking over the complaints listed on the Revdex.com website, and this is just a few of them on: 11/142/153/154/154/154/155/158/158/15customers complained for various reasons and they were all provided with a full refund and in their complaints it was listed that there was no refund on the depositNow these customer received full refunds as listed from your representative, I am not asking for a full refundIn my initial complaint I think that I explained what I wanted well and how I had calculated that amount, but just in case you respond you don't know what I am referring to I have copied the request from my initial complaint:"Now, I can see them keeping the $because it's noted multiple times that it is non-refundableI could even see them keeping part of the deposit for paperwork and suchwhat I am not seeing is why they would need to keep the full $deposit PLUS the $especially since I am more than months out and the nice lady I spoke to had a scripted answer when I stated I wanted a refund, but then couldn't give me ANY explanation as to what that money would be used forNow, take the $450/months since the deposit payment had to be in by December and they can keep the $per month as an administrative, just because, no particular reason feeI want the remaining auto payments for March, April, and May cancelledand the balance of the deposit less monthly charge refunded (450-180=$+$658.00= $refundedAs many call center salespeople as I heard in the background feeding the same crap I heard to other suspecting suckers, I really don't see why what I have proposed can not be done"
